I placed an order for some HHC, 10 minutes after placing the order i decided to cancel the order by sending the company an email to: contact @ happygardeneu com, writing multiple times to cancel the order but instead of reading my mail then they fast forwarded the order and sent it through mail the next day (i suspect they read the email but instead of canceling the order then they just wanted the business transaction to go through).

So i eventually reach the support where i am very angry due to them not answering my request for canceling the order and now im in a situation where border patrol has seized my package because HHC is illegal in my country (which is also why i tried so hard to cancel the order before it went through, but you know, they sort of fast forwarded my order instead of canceling it).

I come in contact with support multiple times and i give them the choice to either compensate me with CBD products or they can refund me the money, they decide to compensate me in CBD products which were vape pens(CBD VAPE Peach Ring flavour 550 mg 1ml). They got me 3 of these to be exact.
- To begin with i was already very skeptical in terms of how clean these products were with contaminations, the ingredients, heavy metals and so on, i recognized how they dont state the obvious on the website with the ingredients of the vapes, i had to get the packaging in hand before i could see the full ingredients list which are: (CBD hemp extract, "natural" terpenes, Glycerine).
None of these ingredients are described as being organic which means they most likely got pesticide contamination and that also means heavy metal contamination.
I tried to look for the lab report but they dont test their products for the issues i just described.
On my third day of vaping i started feeling sick to my stomach and it only went away when is stopped vaping on the product.

So my final conclusion is that shopping with this website has been an overall bad experience.
I tried again to contact the customer support on email about me being sick from vaping on their CBD products and they just summed it up by saying that i was mentally ill and so on. So yeah, not cool at all.
They also said that if i write a bad review on trustpilot that i would be sued for defamation, i'd say bring it on.
