I purchased a hot tub from the Worthing store and the service provided from start to finish was excellent.
Andy (Store Manager) was great and very knowledgeable. The fitters were excellent.

Only went in for advice, Laura had all the answers and the patience of saint with our little one who was full of beans. If we do decide to splash out (bad pun intended) I'd feel confident to buy through Happy hot tubs in Botley.

Excellent service from the sales team and the delivery to site. Couldn't fault their communications and no query was too much trouble. The installation went extremely smoothly, considering we had oved 5 hours from Southampton to Wales. The Hot Tub is Propel model. superb quality and running costs. This is my second on. Exchanged my old model for a new one when we moved to Wales. So Happy with the entire experience.

Happy Hot Tubs provided a bespoke replacement hot tub lid.
They also provide excellent customer service, value for money, and supplied a quality product.

Had an issue with one of their products which meant that I needed to reach out to their customer service team. Ed was prompt with his replies and even replied to emails outside of what I would call normal working hours.

Great communication and I was very pleased with the outcome. Can't fault Ed and the team at Happy Hot tubs.

The customer service knowledge and helpfulness was second to none. From the very first look at the hot tub there was no pressure to buy just useful information. The installation team were very polite good humoured and explained the set up with knowledge and patience.

One of the most efficient, helpful, knowledgable and always in-stock companies I have had dealings with and bought from in quite a while.

there seems to be a lot of general apathy when it comes to good customer service in British companies currently, but Happy Hot tubs genuinely seem happy to sort out queries and help their customers quickly, which makes a refreshing change.

prices are often slightly cheaper than comparable websites so they know their market and they price competitively rather than the dire greed-flation which too many other british companies are doing. And i don't buy from those companies anymore out of principle.

I always give poor reviews to those deserving of poor reviews, but when credit is due to companies that are running their businesses well like happy hot tubs are I post those reviews too.

This company is on the ball when it comes to good customer service, pricing, delivery and helpfulness.

They stock a wide range of products, so I dont have to go elsewhere for other things.

This company also got me some hottub jet bevels which i struggled to obtain from the dire american hottub company i bought my hot tub from, enough said, so that saved me some money and delivery was very fast.

Gary at Worthing Happy Hot Tubs was very informative about the products. He didn’t try to push a sale, just gave all the information we needed. Delivery of the tub was quick and efficient. Lemarre and Jozef did a brilliant job getting it into our garden via a neighbours fence! They were very cheerful and proficient. We have had the tub several weeks now, and have used it every day, very therapeutic. A couple of queries we had about maintenance were quickly solved by Gary. Can’t fault the service we have received.

We first came across Happy Hot Tubs at the Three Counties Show, where the team took the time to answer all of our questions and suggested we try out a swim spa at their showroom when it suited us. From start to finish, communication has been excellent, with absolutely no pressure to commit at any stage.

The installation was fantastic, and any questions along the way were handled quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated the honest advice and ongoing support in helping us choose the right option for our needs and budget.

Aftercare has also been superb so far. A special mention to James Crawford, who we dealt with throughout the process—he was knowledgeable, approachable, and a pleasure to work with.

Ordered hot tub replacement pillows, unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size. However, with a phone call to customer service the correct size was quickly identified and replacements sent out once original order had been returned. No hassle and no quibble....just good old fashioned customer service.

I ordered a hot tub cover to replace the one I had that was falling apart. I ordered it on Monday and fitted it on Tuesday morning!
It was not only a fantastic fit and a great match for the hot tub but it was also over ,£100 cheaper than anyone else on the web.
So, great product and service. I'll user them again.

This is a fantastic company. I phoned for some advice on a new hot tub cover. After a few questions I was given the choice of 2 different covers. One made by them and one by a competitor. No pressure, just the facts. I decided on their cover. I ordered it mid afternoon on Thursday. It arrived early Friday afternoon. I had been given some sensible advice on fitting so I installed it straight away. It did not take me long to complete. I had a problem with removing one of the fixing screws which had been damaged when the hot tub was installed. I spoke to Happy Hot Tubs for help in sourcing a replacement and they sent me a spare screw which arrived today. The service I received was very impressive.

Happy hot tubs were so helpful , I have bought five filters for my Hot Tub and none of them were suitable, I called happy Hot Tubs and Ed was so helpful and he found the right one. It fits perfect and I’ll certainly be back for another one.

The service was amazing from start to finish, and we absolutely love our Hot Springs PULSE tub. I would give more than 5* if I could. We had never owned a hot tub before. James and his team were extremely knowledgeable and patient, and at no stage did I feel I was given the 'hard sell' or being pressured to buy their brand. I was permitted to wet-test the spa twice so I could be 100% sure, and James did two onsite visits at our house to ensure the tub would fit properly in our chosen area (as we were sinking it into the ground). James worked closely with our builders to ensure the building work met all the requirements that the hot tub needed.
I would highly recommend James and the Happy Hot Tub team.

I had a custom hot tub lid made for a lazy spa toronto to replace the inflatable one so now the entire tub is foam

Took a while to arrive to be expected with the custom size but it’s a perfect fit and overnight in march it’s lost 3-4c without heating. Very impressed and it looks great

I Have used Happy Hot tubs before and each time i use them, they are first class in customer service and knowledge.

I have been having emails today with someone called Ed and he is faultless and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is all good the staff have great product knowledge so i highly recommend this company.
