I purchased a HappyRun G 100 from a buyer on offer up. However, I purchased the bike with no key. I begin to stress thinking I might not get to ride this bike. I contacted HappyRun support and they were able to generate a new key for my bike. They are very professional very helpful and very welcoming. I am not only a happy customer I am overly satisfied and would recommend the HappyRun brand for E Bike for all as one of the best E Bike on the market, especially for places like New York, where police are constantly stopping people on their bikes and confiscating them. HappyRun solves that problem, while still being able to enjoy comfort and speed. This bike is a must have.

HappyRun G100 Pro

Thank you HappyRun for the chance with my new bike, I plan on using it for errands too. It has a POWERFUL big motor! I appreciate HappyRun for being so innovative and creative finding ways to improve their product because the G100 Pro I bought has a battery equalizer equipped so no aftermarket needs.

The ride is soooo comfortable and smooth with fast responsive speeds as is, no upgrades needed. I love this bike!

My bike comes with a free helmet, chain lock, mirrors and a rear rack on top of the two batteries with a single charger utilizing two cords to charge both batteries at the same time if needed.

I Ordered on November 13th and bike came in a huge nicely packed package on November 18th!

I love my happy run, it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made. It gets me where I need to be. Top speed 51 miles per hour.

Well, first off the bike is just as advertised. Very quick and fast. I needed to have a part replaced they sent me the part quickly. I like the size of the bike and as well as the dual batteries for long rides is awesome. I would really recommend this bike.

I’ve been having many problems with my bike just due to life circumstances and Happyrun service has been very quick and accommodating for my needs. It’s been an amazing experience especially with all the stress lately and I am very happy with their service.

Amazing bike overall. Got to my house very fast which was awesome because I really needed the bike to get to work. Would definitely recommend.

What made a great experience for me was the customer service the answer my questions promptly and we're genuine and helpful the improvements they made to the Tank G100 pro are very good the electrical wiring underneath the seat great Improvement super clean if I had a picture I'd post it well capable of handling 80 amps the switch is replaced with a battery balancer 40 amps * 2* 84 volts this bikes capable of peak over 6,000 Watts xt90 connectors throughout the wiring no Spade lugs used in the wiring good job team

I’m still a little upset that I’m repairing a new bike I just purchased, but at least once I got customer service attention, they were quick to make an attempt to make matters right.

Good customer service just slow soemtimes and was a little bit resistent to send parts but then they gave it

I bought this bike to get back and forth to work and it has been awesome. It’s an 18 mile round-trip and have no issues. I highly recommend this bike.

This is a real review. I am honestly not sure why there are so many negative reviews but this company and ebikes are great! When I first ordered it selected the wrong color. I immediately called the company and someone answered right away. The gentleman was able to assist and I got the color I wanted. The shipping was super fast. After I put the bike together I realized I was missing the bolt for the right tire. Again after emailing the company, they responded so quickly and mailed me the replacement which took less than a week. Not only is the customer service TOP TEIR, the ebike is awesome and is just as good or even better than these expensive brands. Get this if you want to save money and still have a awesome ebike.

I bought the g100 with the gas tank looking battery, and it is by far much better than any other electric bike ive had. The components like disc brakes, adjustable front forks, computer display and the unlock NFC system make it well worth the 1,200$ price i paid.

Got a g300, came on time. There was an issue with the crank out of the box but customer service sent a new part for it to replace almost immediately. Overall 10/10

I bought a dual battery and dual motored motorcycle E-bike from Happy Run Sports over a month ago. When I ran into technical issues/difficulties weeks ago, I contacted their technical support department; who not only helped diagnose the issues, but also provided replacement parts covered by their warranty and were along with me each step of the way in resolving the issues. Their technical support department responded in more than a reasonable amount of time and were very helpful. So, I do highly recommend Happy Run Sports to anyone needing an amazing E-bike with a dedicated team that is dedicated to helping their customers!

Great bike to cruise around town or the trails on! Quick delivery and quick response from the customer service team.

So far so good. My G100 Pro 6000w takes off like a rocket and feels like a small quiet motorcycle. Rides pretty smooth. Not bad for the price compared to an actual new motorcycle.

They sent the wrong battery for the G300 pro
Have not been able to ride the bike for three weeks now.
There has been no communication from the seller either.

Let me give you strong advice right now ! —do not buy from this company—

Best electric bike and dirtbike company out there by far !!!!! I’m so happy I went with this company over every other brand. Happyrunsports is soooo much better than any other brand out there even better then siron brand bikes !!! I can’t say enough about the ppl that work happyrun too !!! From the manager to the HR team, by far the best decision I ever made when getting an electric bike. I first heard of happyrun sports thru a kid at my work who said he had wished he went thru this company when he bought his bike. I took a chance on happy run and my god did I make the right decision !!!! I bought the tank G300 pro electric dirtbike ( orange color ) when I got it ,
it must’ve taken a bump or something in transit cuz the display module was not working properly. I emailed the company from there website and no more then a few days later I heard from them directly and they made it right by sending me a new display free of charge !!!! They have been nothing but pros the entire time and when ur in with happyrun ur in for life and that might sound corny as hell, but it’s the truth,

I am very disappointed with my experience with the G70 electric bike. My husband and I along with my 15 year old all contributed to this $1,400 bike for my son's birthday in late July. After spending hours assembling it, it didn't work. I called customer service and they said they would send a replacement part that was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. Instead it took over two weeks.
When the part finally came, we had to completely disassemble the bike and cut zip ties throughout the bike to loosen the wires and install the new piece. We spent hours trying to put everything back together, with no instructions provided, and we still couldn't get the wires back properly and neatly. Even after putting back together, it was (and still is) messy and not what it should look like after spending that much money. This was beyond frustrating.

To make matters worse, I wrote to the manufacturer five different times. On the third attempt, they asked me to send pictures, which I did, and they said they'd get back to me - but they never did. I followed up twice more and still received no response.
This entire process meant it took over a month before we could even use the bike. Between the poor product quality and the horrible customer service, I would not buy for this company again nor recommend them to others.
