Hi Wendy,

I completely understand how frustrating this would be, especially after already having the original watch fail so quickly.

If the tracking is showing it sitting in a Brisbane courier facility for two weeks, that’s something that needs to be escalated properly — not just repeated with the same tracking link.

Unfortunately your parcel was confirmed lost in transit, which is a bloody frustrating situation all round. As soon as that was clear, we offered to resend a replacement straight away, but completely understood when you chose a refund instead.

If your leather band was missing from the parcel, that’s absolutely something we need to fix properly. We don’t intentionally leave paid items out of orders, and I’d like to personally review what happened with your shipment and make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.
