insulation needs to be rolled up for shipping
I had no idea this was coming from central China. the actual supplier didn't roll up the product, so it's smashed flat every 7-9 inches and somewhat unfit to use as intended. freight shipper from China did OK getting package into US, but giving it to USPS at that point was really bad. it took longer to get from NJ to FL than from China to NJ!

Following up
Following up on an earlier review I posted. The company contacted me after I posted a review and I finally did get an update and my order. I appreciate their response. For future reference it would be good to be provided regular shipping updates and a reference tracking number to avoid bad reviews.

Exceptional Customer Service
I made a mistake in my order which I did not realize until I received the items. I reached out to Customer Service asking to return the items, hoping to get at least a partial refund. Instead Zoey in Customer Service issued me a full refund and told me to keep the items as a gift. This level of customer support is rare these days.
