Harley Street Hearing and their fantastic staff never cease to amaze me with their thoroughness, care and dedication to ensuring that my hearing solution is operating as well as possible. Nothing seems like too much trouble for them and appointments are always available within hours or days at most. Phone calls are always answered within seconds, no interminable waits or "I'm sorry, but we're experiencing high call volumes at the moment, yada yada, yada messages". This company constantly amazes me. I know it sounds from this review like I'm a shareholder or have something to do with the company, but I have nothing to do with them at all apart from being a client for the past few years. At first, I thought that they were rather expensive and was reluctant to use them (my insurance company insisted that I use them for some replacements of lost hearing aids) but I realise now that this really is not the case in terms of the level of service that I get from them. I've worked with all the usual suspects in the past (Boots, Specsavers, Costco and other specialist hearing companies), but none of them are in the same league as Harley Street Hearing.
I really can't recommend them enough.
You can go to the middle of a low Division or go to Harley Street Hearing and be right at the top of the Premiership!

I received excellent service from the Audiologist yesterday on attending for an annual review.
She addressed issues most thoughtfully which I had raised that were making my hearing experience below par.
As a result the boost to my hearing aids has given me a new level of satisfaction and confidence.

This was my first hearing test, and the process was ever so smooth, comfortable and informative throughout. Matt was great with answering my questions and also educating me on aspects of my hearing that I wasn't aware of. I'm really looking forward to receiving my custom hearing plugs in a few weeks!

The name Harley Street may put some people off but this service os actually great value for money too.

I recently left London but was prepared to make as special trip to Harley Street Hearing as my experience there has always been great. It is a very well managed audiology centre and the audiologist I see there (and all of the support team) are very nice people to deal with who go the extra mile to try to resolve the various issues I have with my hearing and my aids.

I went back for a hearing review. It was really useful - reassuring test result and a helpful tune up of my hearing aids. Easy to book the appointment too.

The experience of HSH was very smooth. My needs as a musician were taken into account, and the amount of db reduction/filtering required. It was an efficient appointment with a friendly, knowledgeable consultant, and would recommend the clinic to fellow musicians.
