Paid £5 for a week trial so I could see wat it entails and don't find it suits me... App is confusing diet is confusing challenges don't explain anything it's quite frankly appalling for the money they wanted initially so was happy to lose to 5 for a look only to find a week later they took £65 off my card... Yet I'm not showing I have a subscription with them and wen I emailed them they cliam not to have an account in with my email address!! Even though I have the confirmation for the £5 trail they sent to That email.... BE AWARE THEY ARE A SCAM THE PLAN ISN'T GOOD AND THEY WILL TAKE ALOT OF MONEY FROM YOU WITH NO NOTIFICATION AT ALL AND THEN CLAIM U HAVE NO ACCOUNT.... AVOID... I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER WITH MY BANK

I took a seven day trial out but then after this seven trial I find you’ve taken a subscription payment out of my bank which I didn’t sign up for.. Not at any point did I sign up for anything but a 7 day trial. I just wanted to see if this diet was for me and it wasnt.so you have taken money from my account for something I didn’t sign up for

They are a scam
They are a scam, i bought a 7 day plan, downloaded the app and then 1 week later charged me another 75 EURO claiming the 1 week i purchased was a trial and auto renewed me for another 8 weeks which i DID NOT ask for. I emailed them immediately and they refused to refund me

They Renewed my monthly subscription…
They Renewed my monthly subscription today asked to cancel they said they could. But asked to have my money back as it was only taken out 2 hrs prior they said no we don't five money back. Don't recommend them they only want your money and have more than one app under different names, but same company.

I signed up for a week I think
I signed up for a week I think, it was £5.19 I just wanted to see how it was. I decided it wasn't for me. Today I have had £65 taken from my bank which has left me overdrawn.
I am very disappointed with this experience.
Please don't sign up if you cant afford to lose money.
