Fast and efficient service
Just had nine ‘Perfect Fit’ Venetian Blinds fitted in my new conservatory. Really impressed with the service from start to finish. Ben measured every window with care and precision and the quote was £500 cheaper than another local company. Once my order was placed my new blinds were delivered and fitted within two weeks!!
Absolutely delighted with the whole experience. Excellent value for money, great communication from Chris in the office and really fast and efficient service.
Hugely impressed with Harmony Blinds and highly recommend them!

This is a great company providing quality products at very reasonable prices.
We have had a couple of blinds and cafe shutters fitted and are very pleased with the results.

Blackout blinds not black out
Initially when the blinds were fitted the little handle for the vent on my window was snapped off. After telling harmony blinds they told me I was wrong and it was not them.. they had to come back and refit the blinds anyway as they had marks on (the man who fitted them pointed the marks out so this was nice), when they came to refit them he apologised as he found the handle within the back of the blind so it was them who broke it, he was very friendly and super glued it back on for me. I got £10 off when complaining about this (woohoo). I had 2 sets of roller blinds and also a fitted blackout blind. Wish I hadn’t bothered with the extra cost for the fitted blind, it’s a shame I cannot attach a photo to show how much light they let it. Overall quite disappointed and it’s not cheap.

in reply to response below: still waiting on a reply to get this extra bristles added to block out the light, this has not been done as the reply below suggests. I had an email asking if I wanted this done I reply saying yes please when can this be done, and I’ve been waiting ever since so have chased again today! I really wish I’d saved the money and continued to use our travel blackout blinds that we stuck on every night as they kept out much more light for a fraction of the cost

While every care is taken to explain what each blinds strengths and limitations are, we apologise that you felt the level of blackout wasn't enough for you. Even if the fabric is blackout, roller blinds traditionally have a light halo surrounding it due to it needs to operate and not touch the wall. We have made every effort to keep you informed and installed additional brushes to help block more light on your perfect fit blinds. We always ensured you were informed and what our action is going to be, and our fitter was correct in pointing out marks on the fabric during the fitting. Regarding the vent clip, this was not noticed at the time, and you were never blamed for this. We acknowledged that this vent handle was damaged, but that it was difficult for us to say how or when this occurred. However, with no hesitation we compensated you for the new cost of a vent and repaired it on the re-visit to your home. We are sorry you were disappointed and we apricate the time you have taken to write a review as it helps us improve our service. Yours sincerely, Harmony Blinds.

Very pleased customers
From start to finish a very professional team. Having been terribly let down by a company offering the same/similar, day/night auto controlled blind where we had been strung along and even now are still waiting for them to contact us!!! Harmony really ‘stepped up’ and attended measured and quoted for exactly what we wanted with an estimate of 2-3 weeks, which turned out to be less than that.
Supplied and fitted within 36hrs. of the blind arriving at Harmony. Very friendly staff members and scrupulous work. Would highly recommend this company and advise avoidance of ‘Unity Blinds’ of Weston super Mare.

Happy with appointment process and measuring. Fitting quick although a tidy up of drilling dust and discarded cardboard and plastic bag on floor would have been helpful
