Exchange/refund will cost u more than return postage/restocking than item. No customer service. They make up their own reviews!!! Orders received months after order date and was dirty and had a mouldy smell. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Buy pass this retailer.

Delivery was smooth
Delivery was smooth. For a neuropathy boot it left much wanting. Very poor quality. I will be surprised if they last a few wears. No padding in the bottom of shoe. Glad I got a size bigger but still no room for inner soles. They are actually comfortable on and look fine but quality not good.

The satin dress gave such a nice shape without feeling restrictive. I wore it for a cocktail night and didn’t spend the whole evening fixing it. That alone made me happy.

Great looking boots
The website was easy to Navigate and gave a very descriptive summary of the boots. I am looking forward to my new boots. They had about 4 different colours to choose from which was a big plus also.

Shoes run small
Shoes run small. They are not orthopaedic. Materials feel and look poor quality. Asked for a refund was advised need to pay shipping and lose 15% for resale costs. Choose to receive 10% refund and keep product which I will donate to charity. Very disappointing. As yet not heard about 10% refund.
Would Not purchase again.

Falsely advertised boots - not leather. Do not buy from Harperwears.
I ordered ‘leather lined boots’ - they are not leather; they are plastic, very poor quality and manufacturing. Soles are a different colour and very thin.
Plastic is crumpled from postage and also shiny. I wish I could include photoes.
I am seeking a refund of the $77 Australian dollars for what should be sold for $5 in a ‘reject seconds quality’ shop. Very disappointed.
