I Live at 1140 Hillside Avenue, one of harriington aparment.. i must say i love my stay here, also love how big and spacious my room is.

I live in Halifax, and the building has clean public spaces. Mr Said was also helpful when moving in.

Nice and cossy apartments in downtown Edmonton. easily accessible and close to all amenities.

It is the worst student housing experience of all time.

They are a complete scam; their rooms seemed quite nice in pictures and on the website, but you arrived there differently than expected. They are dirty, moldy, and dark; they even had dirty mattresses and bed linens; it was as if one hadn't cleaned for ages; most of the things they advertised don't work and are noisy. It is the worst layout ever invented; you must pass through another room on your way to the bathroom, which is also dirty. House amenities must also be better maintained; they are slowly falling apart. Finally, their move-in move-out policy is unfair; they don't let you change the dates, which is problematic for an international student residence. If you are considering moving to New York as a student, please research because this may seem like a good alternative, but trust me, it is not.

I had a wonderful experience with Harrington Housing. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The location is convenient, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations.

The Housing market in Montreal is really not great, but I can definitely tell you that you should still stay away from this agency for sooo many reasons!!!!

It is a shame Harrington Housing Montreal takes advantage of international students, parents, and guardians and promise many things you already know you can't accomplish. Your agreement makes Harrington Housing look professional, but you are FAR from it.
Our experience was different from what we expected of what looks like a well-put-together student housing organization.

We booked an only female flex room originally. It is in writing everywhere in my communications. The room looked beautiful and clean on the website, and after reading your agreement, we had high expectations.

The day of my daughters arrival to Montreal, she had very high expectations about the reception she was getting, starting with a tour of the installations from someone to show her the place she was going to live in for the next four months of one of the best experiences of her young life, no one was waiting for her, the doorman gave her a key that was left for her; she went upstairs looking forward to meeting her roommates to find an EMPTY, unfurnished apartment.

We started calling all the numbers in the arrival email Harrington sent with the contacts in Montreal who were supposed to assist. No one was answering the phone. After about 45 min of trying, Someone answered the phone, and after 30 min, he went to the building and threw her into a room without a key for herself and with a male living there. The apartment smelled terrible and dirty; her room was nothing like the one advertised on your website, and the linens were not fresh as advertised and required in the agreement.

We were then promised she would be moved to a female-only apartment; She then moved to Gramercy. She was excited because her room looked clean, and we agreed to pay more for Flex Plus. We thought this was it, but then, as the night arrived, she found out there was NO ELECTRICITY in her room; the worst part was that the two people living there let her know that it had been like that for more than two weeks. She also found out a male lived there, too.

At this point we saw no other way to fix the problem but to pay even more, so she was moved. She moved to Chelsea House, and we must pay 100 CAD/week more than we should. On top of that, she is made to feel like an outsider in Chelsea House because our contract is with Harington Housing!!!

The agreement we signed was broken by Harrington Housing more than once, yet we had to pay the consequences.

non-existent Heating system. Mismatch with website room description. poor maintenance of building. Thin walls, no noise proof rooms. pipe problems.

I love staying at Harrington Housing! There was Lily who checked me in and she is a very knowledgeable person to ask about the area in 561 Sherbourne. Location is good and room is nice. My roommates are nice to me as well and clean in the house.

Great stay at liberty village sesidence, the coordinator was very helpful, the room very nice and clean, and the building has great amenities.
