Terrible experience with this company. I ordered an outfit it took ages to come and then they sent me the wrong colour and very poor quality
Nothing like the photos. They then kept putting me off when I was emailing about a refund saying they were looking into it and then they started to ignore my emails and not get back to me and have done ever since. It's been a month since getting my item and asking for a refund, I had to go through my bank to get the money back. I definitely would not recommend this company

I ordered a top for £32.95. It took around two weeks to arrive, scrunched up in a small parcel bag. The quality was similar to tops from Shien or Temu, and since ordering, what seems like the exact same top has appeared on Shien.

The top was ridiculously short and definitely not how it appeared on the webpage picture.

You have to email to request a return address. I was told I had to pay for international return, or I could keep the top and they would give me a partial refund of 15%.

I replied asking for a 50% partial refund. They have refused and given me a return address for China. Quotes imply it will cost me approximately £40 to return the top. Then I may get a refund.

I have emailed to say I will keep the top as I cannot risk paying a further £40 and have the risk that I may not even get refunded the original cost.

I do not recommend this company!

Harrow Vale presents itself as a boutique UK/US brand, with prices to match. In reality, my order shipped from Zhejiang Province, China, by the slowest, cheapest route available, and took a long time to arrive. The shirt came balled up in a polypropylene bag inside grey shipping plastic, and the quality was closer to Shein than to anything “boutique.”

The real problem started when I asked to return it for a refund. Instead of return instructions, I got an offer of 15% off “should I wish to keep it.” I said no, I wanted to return it. They offered 25%. I said no again. They offered 50%. At that point I suggested that, since the shirt clearly cost them very little, they give me 75% off and I’d keep it.

That prompted an irritated reply from “management,” who finally gave me a return address, along with a statement that once they received the item they would decide whether I was owed anything at all.

For anyone in the UK: when you buy online, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and get a full refund once the item is returned, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. A seller can’t decide afterwards whether you “deserve” your money back, and endless discount offers don’t replace that right.

In short: they ignore return requests, try to wear you down with escalating discounts, and only reluctantly provide a return address with no guarantee of a refund. I’m now raising this with my credit card company and Citizens Advice.

If you’re tempted, look closely at where they actually ship from before you buy.

An Edit - the team at HarrowVale are annoyed at my characterisation of them so I will update. I now understand that when I post my return, to China from London, I will then get a refund. If, upon the return, they look at the garment and agree with my points about why I'm returning it, they will reimburse shipping too. IF. Struggling to find shipping under £30 but there may be one option at £8 with DHL. Complicated. Had I known all this, I would have given a solid pass.

I was actually suprised by how good the quality was. The fabric is top notch. The product came on time, no delays, no fuss.

Not sure why an online boutique based in the UK, would be shipping from China. Item arrived and clearly cheap material - (definitely not wool!). Don't waste your money. Similar quality to Shein

Clearly a scam website. Waited 2-3 weeks for delivered. Item sent was not as advertised, was poor quality, paper thin material, poor stitching, no zips, completely different design and colour, no tags or labels inside. £59.95 for a jacket I wouldnt have paid £5 for. Clearly scammed. Do not buy from this company.

Sadly you can't give Zero Stars - estimated delivery 3-5 days. Order arrived after a month and it was the wrong item. Have been asking how to return this and nobody has been in touch apart from to say I can have a discount on my next order....They must be joking!

I ordered the fitted lace blouse for a wedding and it was great! The fit was 👌 but delivery took 5 days.

I paid nearly £45 for a dress that took almost two weeks to arrive, and what I received was completely different from the product shown on the website.
The advertised dress is a structured, corseted faux-leather mini dress with visible boning, a shaped neckline and draped detailing around the waist and hips. The dress that arrived is basically a plain strapless faux-leather tube dress with none of those features.
This is not a slight difference in fit or appearance — it is a completely different design.
For nearly £45, I expected to receive the actual item shown in the listing, not a much cheaper-looking substitute.
I have contacted the company requesting a full refund and a prepaid return label, as I should not have to pay to return an item that is clearly not as described.
Really disappointing experience and I would not recommend ordering this dress based on the website photos.

Avoid at all costs. Nothing smells right about these guys and they very obviously also have reviews removed. Order took weeks to arrive FROM CHINA. Do not be fooled by anything on their website. The quality is worse than awful and if you had wanted something at that level you could have used another website and paid 1/10 of the price. I want to return it and now being told I have to pay hefty return fees so China. Even though website states returns within 30 days blah blah. Honestly - just scroll past and order from someone else to save your sanity.

Really liked their collection came across them on google shopping. The order arrived fairly quick especially for this price and free shipping. Quality vs price is more than correct.
