The notification and service of the order was first class. Weighed against this though was the high cost of postage & packing - £9 to send some vent pegs and cask corks which seemed excessive!

The product was late delivery as it wasn’t in stock, the let down was the break down in communication at the start of the process.
The festival fonts turned up after the event, but we have gone on to use them elsewhere. The products are well built and the pictures don’t do it justice.
