The notification and service of the order was first class. Weighed against this though was the high cost of postage & packing - £9 to send some vent pegs and cask corks which seemed excessive!

Postal purchase.
Parts came quickly...but had to be redelivered the next day due to a very large box being used for a seal kit that would have gone in a small jiffy bag and gone through the letter box. But overall a fast and trouble free transaction
