Was under the impression this was a British made tallow? Also thought as I’d ordered from Harvest & Hive it would have their name on product? Yet it says Green & Sister? It’s also clearly came from China! Feel like I’ve been duped

Package arrived in a bag from China, with old, yellowing tape - certainly not a fresh product made in small batches. Boxes are a bit battered and have clearly been stored for a long time - brand name on jar is Green & Sister not Harvest & Hive.
Not feeling brave enough to actually put product on my skin atm. My advice is to avoid.

Appalling scam company.
My products were not by 'Harvest & Hive' but 'Green & Sister'.
They arrived from China in a thin plastic bag, so badly damaged they could not be gifted as intended.
I was totally fobbed off with them saying they were rebranding.
The damage was never addressed despite me sending photos.
All very dodgy, & best avoided.

It’s the greatest thing I’ve used .
I use it for my face arms and legs .

Placed an order for two Harvest and Hive balms and received two by Green and Sister!

I ordered this product. Then (Wrong way round I know) I checked their reviews and there were quite a number of negative ones. So I emailed them to cancel my order. (Not expecting much to happen. ) But I received an email confirming cancellation within a day and as I'm writing this, my refund is being processed! I feel that I may have judged them too soon.. :-/ I was more than happy with the service I received..

Emiled for refund, was told they are currently rebranding and they already let their customers know... Refund request was ignored.

Avoid this scam company at all costs. I ordered 4 pots of balm and never received them. First complaint they gave me bull about it being made fresh. Said it takes about 5 days, it’s now been three weeks. I’ve asked for a refund. Hasn’t materialised. All emails they send are corrupted, and text is layered so you can’t read it. So not a legitimate domain being used. Or just a cheap plug in one. Today’s email won’t even open. Some fictitious guy called “ James Pieterson “ replies. And spelling not great. So my next point of call will now be to report it to trading standards ,as we all should. However might be worth noting, they have changed names more than once. Absolutely disgusting “ company “ ( I use that term lightly). I wish I’d have read reviews first, and on Instagram they clearly use fake ones. I also believe any good ones on here must be fake too. Easily done.Be warned or be scammed.

really wanted to love this product as i love a natural approach to skincare but if im being completely honest im not sure if i trust enough to put on my skin

first red flag: ordered from harvest and hive yet when the product arrived the packaging had a completely different name on it.

second red flag: also not UK based and/or made like they claim to be

third red flag: actual product does not look or feel like other authentic tallow products i have used in the past

I placed my order and it was shipped. Stuck in transit for a month. I've already contacted customer service and they were chasing it up, but I've not had a reply since asking for a refund.

They claim to be from UK, but the packaging is from USA but it is shipped from Hong Kong, I have screenshots to prove all of it. I reported them to the FTC for unfair trade practices

Too greasy want to return

So far, so good. Have been using 10 days and skin feels hydrated and stable.

Only need a small amount, lovely smell and my skin felt amazing so soft and hydrated would definitely recommend

Not from uk, different brand. Took longer than expected as it didn't come from uk like I said and no-one to speak to. Do not buy. Scam!!

Delivery took about 2 weeks which was longer than I’d like but my email asking what was happening was answered quickly by Marco with an explanation that they only make small batches at a time.

I got exactly what I ordered and have been using a small amount twice a day with surprisingly good results already.

Slow to arrive but worth the wait.
My skin feels amazing and I’m a face cream addict! I will be buying again and friends have already ordered! 🤗
