We used Harvey Baker as our solicitors when moving house. Tom Good & Carla Paxford were allocated to our case. Both were extremely helpful throughout the process. The online portal made things extremely easy as we were able to see live updates along with what was still to be done throughout the whole process. Jonathan from Harvey Baker was appointed to do my dad's will. No one in my family had a clue about writing a will as we'd never done one before but Jonathan made the entire process easy and stress free. He explained every step and what he needed from us and when we needed assistance or had questions that needed answering, Jonathan would give us a very quick response via email or make himself available for a telephone call there and then.
