Chili box arrived in 2 day shipping with a freshness guarantee. Brought in right away. Box was leaking and about a dozen+ peppers were liquid and leaked over everything. The box smelled. Tried to get a refund and the company said they had a 4 hour time limit to be notified before they issued a refund. Didn't see that on any order notification or shipment emails. Would not issue a refund. I notified them with pictures the next day but apparently, I only had 4 hours to do so. Over $75 for a box of peppers that went straight in the trash. SAD

Easy to heat up. Good flavor but too many seeds left in green chili. Not sure I would order again based on cost.

Recently received my 25lbs of heaven from the Hatch Chile Store! We roasted the little beauties on the grill and peeled and bagged them and our house smelled like New Mexico all evening! I can’t tell you how happy I am that I have access to fresh Hatch chile even though I live in South Carolina. Every year each step from shopping the website to ordering to trying out the recipes on the website is great! 25lbs doesn’t
Always last until the next harvest but I can always order the frozen from the on-line store if I run out!

They kept me apprised of the condition of the crops all season and gave me plenty of notice when it was ready to ship, what to expect and how to take care it immediately. And the chiles arrived exactly as ordered and in perfect shape. They will get my orders every season. I highly recommend this company. :)

Made a purchase at the end of June, with the 4th of July holiday the shipping package sat at a terminal for a couple of days causing my peppers to be thawed and hot when package arrived. Contacted customer service and they immediately sent another order at ZERO cost to me.

All the items were in stock and the shipping was fast. It can't get better than that.

I received my order exactly as emails suggested, and the shipper left the box where it was less obvious to the street and out of any rain. I love the packing used for the glass jars and all your great products arrived in great shape!

Their app is incredible! Very easy to use, and understand. They even have a chat box if you need help searching for products. I found my items easily and was able to checkout swiftly as well!
The products themselves were phenomenal! I got them as a gift for my dad (the mild green pepper chile, and papa's mild salsa), and he was so excited! He loves them both so much, and wants to eat them with everything meal! Will be ordering more for sure!

I ordered frozen hatch Chiles. They were delivered damaged through no fault of the hatch chile company. I let them know, and they promptly sent me a new order. They have an excellent product and exemplary customer service!

This is the second time ordering from The Hatch Chile Store. My first order last year was for Green Chile Stew and Green Chile. 5 each in 1 lb bags. I recently ordered Green Chile Stew again and ordered Chile Rellenos as I still had Green Chile that was frozen and still good. My first order was ordered hot and it was. Made my eyes tear and my nose run for the Green Chile Stew. I received my most current order last week and last night I took out one to defrost and then cook. The bag after defrosting was half full and there was no heat at all, way mild. I reached out to the company as I ordered it towards the end of May and the reply from a woman named Myrna was totally unacceptable to me. She tried to say that they are labeled, mild, medium and hot. Mine was not labeled anything. Then she further tells me that this batch is FROM 2025!!!!!!! Their new season is July! So why did they allow their product to be sold, nowhere saying this is from last season AND we're only talking about a month and a half difference to the NEW and FRESH CHILE products. I emailed her stating that I believe I should get a refund, especially since I am a returning customer. Now, I also don't know how my Chile Rellenos will be. I have not heard back from her or the Preston Family.

I ordered a large box of medium Big Jim Chilis from this company. Spent hours roasting cleaning and vac sealing only to find out the chilis had zero flavor and no heat. I have been buying Hatch Chilis for around 50 years and have never experienced this. I suspect you never rotate your crops and have ruined the soil these were grown in. I was offered a 20% discount on future purchase but why take the risk, just buy elsewhere.

I watched Pati Jinich’s TV episode about Hatch chilis in which she raved about a burger topped with chopped fire-roasted green chilies. Then I saw your burger recipe post on Instagram and followed your instructions by adding green chili powder to the ground beef, topping with chopped green chili from the jar and a slice of smoked cheddar, and then drizzling red chili-infused crema. Absolutely out of this world! And the canned varieties don’t begin to compare to the deep fire-roasted flavor from your chilies! I’m hooked! Thank you for great products!

The shipping was very fast and you cant beat NM pinto beans they are delicious
