Sent these to my son who is a chef. He immediately roasted them and made several batches of green chile and other yummy delights. I appreciated the "heads Up' on the shipping as he lives in Florida.

Arrived on time, frozen.
Nothing like Hatch green!

Chiles I ordered came the next day, full plump fresh, I roasted them and peeled and then froze them in indivual freezer bags, I got 9 bags and cooked last night for dinner with a pot of pinto beans and made fresh tortillas. . .soon good. . .I will order again next year. . TY so much. . .

Love the chilies, however I only received half of my order. Still waiting for the rest of my peppers, they were ordered August 2nd.

the chilies were a bit smaller than last year but with the crazy weather we've had that's understandable. The taste was still outstanding.

My chilies were delivered quick and were very, very fresh. Very high quality.

I ordered the frozen diced chiles--so easy to use as much or as little as you want. They arrived before the fresh batch we ordered. Out of the 10 pound load, only two chiles didn't make it. The rest were very fresh and firm and roasted up beautifully. Definitely going to order the fresh again next year and take advantage of the frozen during the winter.

My 10 pounds of fresh green chiles arrived in hot and humid Florida in perfect shape. All green, now roasted and resting in my freezer. I don't live in the Southwest any longer and this brought the flavor of it to me.

Tis the Season!! I am absolutely over the moon about the fact that I can have fresh Hatch, New Mexico Green Chiles shipped directly from Hatch to me in only two days! Every year at this time in California, my family would have a chile roast that included a feast. I thought when I moved to Maui, Hawai’i that I would no longer be able to enjoy that experience but, I was wrong. I took a chance and ordered the 25 lbs box of Fresh Green Chiles from the Hatch Chile Store and I was surprised and pleased to find that they arrived in such a short amount of time and in beautiful condition! Yesterday was the day of our own Chile Roast. I’m sure all our neighbors were titillated by the smell of Green Chiles roasting all afternoon and into the evening. Our friends and we dined on a feast of Green Chile with Pork, Beans and Rice. It was delicious and the best part, along with the uniquely amazing flavor of New Mexico Green Chile, is that we have enough to freeze that will last us the rest of the year until next Green Chile Season. Have ordered 2 times and extremely satisfied both times. My mom used to pick Hatch chilis up on her way to Colorado and share with me. She passed 6 years ago, and we tried growing them, just not the same. (Live in Arkansas.) Found your store and placed an order. Now we are able to enjoy the taste that is not like any other!! My family has bought Green Chili from The Hatch Chili Store for over 10 years. Cooking everything from Stew to Rellenos is a delicious experience.......the taste is excellent and the house smells like like special meals are being prepared. Having roasted Chili's delivered to our home in Oregon is quick and each Chili looks beautiful.

Next best thing to being in New Mexico for the chili roasting season!!!

We order two 25 lbs. boxes every year, and our UPS driver is always excited to deliver them (they get a handful for the road, of course!)! It has become a beloved neighborhood event to break out the roaster and fill the air with flavor and fun. Love these guys!
