My first experience with Hatton Jewellers was great.
Having viewed the website and after making telephone contact I felt confident in my decision to purchase a necklace. The discounted purchase arrived safely by Royal Mail special delivery a couple of days later. Communication with the company was first class, keeping me abreast of the shipping and delivery details.

Hatton jewellers were extremely helpful and professional. Sadly the item I ordered wasn't suitable and had to be returned but they were very understanding and refund process was prompt and efficient. I will definitely shop with them again.

Doubts about authenticity…
Purchased a bracelet but when it arrived I had doubts about it's authenticity. I informed them of my concerns but wasn't reassured by their response so I returned it. Response times to my emails was slow except when I told them I was going to return it. I wasn't impressed by their customer service.

We were surprised by your review, as the bracelet you purchased was a pre-owned Tiffany & Co. sterling silver bracelet that had been thoroughly checked before sale. We explained that it carried the appropriate Tiffany hallmarks, had been authenticated by experienced evaluators, and was supplied with our authentication documentation.
We completely understood that you still had concerns, which is why we reminded you of our 30-day no-quibble returns policy. Once you decided to return the bracelet, we processed your refund within 3 hours of receiving it.
Regarding our email responses, your messages were sent on Saturday evening. As our customer service team does not operate on Sundays, we replied on Monday lunchtime in the order emails were received. We always aim to respond as quickly as possible during our business hours.
We're sorry we weren't able to give you the reassurance you were looking for, but we believe we did everything we could to accommodate your concerns and make the return process as straightforward as possible. If review platforms allowed us to attach screenshots of our correspondence, we'd be happy to provide the timeline for complete transparency.

Very poor Customer Service
Very poor Customer Service, not a real gold dealer. I will be advising as many people as possible on Social Media to stay away.
It seems Hatton Jewellers didn’t like this review and spat there dummy’s out. The good thing about Trustpilot is you can get honest reviews out in the public before they part with there money.

Don't recommend Hatton Jewellers
Purchased a half sovereign coin mount online for my boys 18th, got sent the wrong product. Took ages to get through on the phone, and eventually was told the one I had purchased was out of stock, so they just sent the wrong thing. Now got to send it back for a refund. I'm still being sent emails asking to buy again when I know it's out of stock. Not good service. This is my order number so you know I'm being honest 1000085894
