I had a brilliant experience working with Laz to create a bespoke engagement ring. He listened to all of my requirements and gave his expert advice to any of my questions. It made me feel like I was in safe hands with Laz and the team, and the results were spectacular.

Laz was attentive to what I wanted and sat with me for an hour talking through my needs and showing me different options for my wedding band. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am really happy with my wedding band in a size that I could not get in most places.

We recently purchased a handmade ring crafted from our own stones. We visited the Hatton Gardens studio where it was produced and met the jeweller Laz! Laz’s passion, skill and attention to detail were immediately evident. After describing our wishes and being sized, Laz suggested ring design ideas. Within a very short time, we received an email with beautifully rendered drawings/CAD designs for the ring. The result? A beautifully crafted ring that far exceeded our expectations. Laz’s obvious care and expertise permeated the design. We were over the moon! Collecting it from the studio made the experience personal and special. Seeing where and how your jewellery is made added a great appreciation of the craftsmanship. Laz and his team were an absolute delight to meet as was seeing historical skills still in use in today! We recommend Laz unreservedly and are already looking for an excuse to commission him and his team again.

Couldn’t fault the service provided by Laz. He was knowledgeable and guided both me and my fiance through both of our rings. He was very transparent on options and cost and wasn’t ‘pushy’ like other jewellers. Would 100% recommend.

Laz and Vincent were so helpful and patient when I brought my grandmother's gold ring for resizing. Excellent value as they only charged once even though I brought it back a couple of times to get the size just right. They took the time to explain the techniques and properties of the material and were able to avoid cutting the band. Really pleased and would definitely recommend HGJ for repair and resizing jobs.

Great personal experience with Laz. He was very accommodating and allowed me to take my time selecting a ring and design. The ring is of high quality and excellent value for money. I highly recommend it, as the quality of work and attention to detail are outstanding. Laz and his team will advise you in a very honest and friendly way. This place is a hidden gem, and I can only advise you to come and see them.

Our experience at HGJ and specifically with Laz was 10/10. We went to two jewellers prior and the minute we found HGJ we knew this was the one for us. The service was great, authentic, genuine, fun and collaborative. We got our wedding bands from here and it will forever be our go to for any and all future jewellery. HIGHLY recommend!

Firstly, I strolled round Hatton Gardens cluelessly, batting off sleazy salesmen trying to force tacky rings down my neck for a premium price. Did some research and stumbled across Hatton Gardens Jewellers. I’ve had the joy of interacting with both Vincent and Laz, with Laz being the man to walk me from zero knowledge to knowing everything about the diamond for my fiancée. The craftsmanship is incredible, and he got my brief down to a T. After a few CAD designs and tweaks later, the ring was ready to collect within a few weeks.

No doubts — will be using these guys again for our wedding bands and any future jewellery we need. The only downside I can give is that the hot chips offered for lunch took too long, I was contemplating skipping my meeting but didn’t have it in me.

As an extreme novice when it comes to jewellery and especially engagement rings, Laz was super attentive, informational and also gave honest opinions when needed. Had a great experience with Laz when purchasing an engagement ring - I had a minimal amount of knowledge of the various options, but he was able to give expert advice throughout. Laz was engaging and helpful throughout the whole process, and I ended up with an engagement ring which my fiance loves. Additionally Laz was also able to resize the ring for free once I'd proposed. Would highly recommend.
