Scam company. It’s possible they never ship your order at all & you lose all your money. They have no customer service and no refund policy. If you do receive your order, the product doesn’t last as long as a fragrance should, looks cheap, and doesn’t taste like anything.

Had an issue with my shipping adress and contacted their Customer Support. They answered within 24 Hours and I received my order within 7 days.
The perfumes are edible and amazing !!!!

The website clearly states a waiting time of 7-14 days due to high demand. Guys this is a us based business and and not Amazon Prime.

Absolutely horrendous!!! I ended up filing a credit card claim because I couldn't get a response from the company and never got a refund for a missing order that never even shipped.

Order placed at the end of December. It’s now 2/11 and not only have I not received my order, I’m getting no response to my repeated emails to their info address for an update on my order. I’m likely going to dispute the charge with my credit card company at this point.

I would give less than one star if possible. Honestly believe this is some kind of scam. I ordered two of the perfumes for my girlfriend for Christmas on December the 13th, and it said 3 day shipping. It is now January the 3rd and I have sent 5 emails asking about the status of my order none of which have elicited a response although they already took my money for the order.

Ordered perfume on 20 Nov. Never received a shipped/shipping info. Emailed vendor on 19 Dec, no response (it's now 30 Dec). Merchandise never arrived. Disputing charge with my Bank.

I placed an order on November 21st this year. It's been over a month so I've reached out multiple times. I've been commenting on their Instagram ads with reports to the government for fraud and they finally reached out only to give me a fake tracking number. Shut these scammers down and don't waste your money.

Haute sauce beauty à fuir mais vraiment ! Je me sens vraiment littéralement ARNAQUÉ ! Depuis que j’ai commandé je n’ai plus aucune nouvelle d’eux ni reçu d’article alors que le paiement par contre il est bien passé. Faite très attention à ce site, déjà ils sont très louches en ne publiant pas les ingrédients du parfum. À fuir mais vraiment comme la peste

I would give them a negative star if I could! Never received the item ( ordered almost two months ago) and they keep giving me the run around! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! There are way better products out there in sure, that you will actually receive!!!

J'ai passé commande, a se jour je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Après plusieurs relances ma commande serait en transit. Sav inexistant

Un conseil : Commandez via PayPal car vous ne recevrez absolument rien et n’aurez aucun retour du SAV. J’ai effectué ma commande le 10/07. Nous sommes le 29 et ma commande est encore supposément en cours d’envoi. Merci à PayPal pour le remboursement

Its been over a month since I placed the order. 50.00. Sent 4 emails to them asking for order updates, no answer. There's no way to get a refund. No way to cancel the order. Buyer beware. This "company" just can't be legit. Do not give them your money.

FUYEZ ! J’ai commandé il y a plusieurs semaines sur Haute Sauce Beauty et je n’ai JAMAIS reçu mon colis. Aucun service client, aucune réponse à mes mails. C’est une arnaque qui utilise le nom et l’univers de Dolce Haute Sauce, la vraie marque originale.
Ils copient les visuels mais ne livrent pas.
