I launched my two properties on Airbnb in May 2026 as an individual host. Due to their popularity I was then looking for a management company that would continue to offer a personal service to guests. Havanex has done this with a highly professional service with excellent and swift communication with both myself and guests even outside normal working hours. Changeovers are managed efficiently with high quality cleaners and my overall net revenues have increased significantly through dynamic pricing and quick turnaround between guests. Highly recommended.

One of the best bnbs we’ve stayed at (Ashen Cottage)! Beautiful cottage, stunning views, and absolutely fantastic hosts. Simon and Leo were professional, prompt with their responses, and extremely helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, and will definitely be coming back for another escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!

We initially asked Havanex to manage a few of our properties and were extremely pleased with the service and results. After seeing how professional, trustworthy and transparent the team were, we felt completely comfortable handing over the management of our full property portfolio to them.

Communication has always been excellent, they keep us updated, deal with issues quickly and take a very professional approach to both guests and property management. Ordered an item on Nov 6th, received an order confirmation (automatic email) from the Shopify store. Never received another email or confirmation, it's not Dec 6th. Stay FAR AWAY from this website. Contacted my bank for a refund, as the store is obviously a scam. There needs to be some sort of system for these Shopify scam stores, there's just about a billion of them and there's zero regulations - any old scammer can start up a "fake website".

I purchased solar pup for 98 . Got several updates of shipment n then showed chance of shipment . I have emailed havanex many times fir a refund .NO REPLY

Ordered something six weeks ago... they took my money and it still hasn't dispatched. They haven't replied to my many emails. Cowboy website. AVOID.
