Waited 2 weeks for a food vacuum sealer to arrive and it finally came today. Unfortunately, it has a 2 pin plug on it, which is useless to me in the UK.
Box was also crushed!
Stay away from this company, which despite saying ‘.uk’ is actually from China!!

I ordered a laser-pointer, which eventually arrived in an unpadded plastic bag, with no case, box, battery or instructions. None of the various batteries we have fit, so I contacted Havenhome to request clarification regarding requirements. No information has yet been received. I searched for reviews of this company tonight and I have now seen that another reviewer has described exactly the same experience with the same item, 3 weeks earlier. Despite knowledge of this situation, Havenhome continue to sell the same product. There is literally nothing to recommend about this company.

The name of this company ie Havenhome UK, would suggest you are buying items stocked in the UK not CHINA. Not happy at all and have already resigned myself to the fact that this item will be substandard and unsuitable/safe for a 12 year old girl to use ( electronic curling tongs). Not even sure when it is likely to arrive as tracking suggests it’s stuck at an airport somewhere !! Hate being ripped off 😡 don’t order from this website

Thought this was a UK company adhering to UK distance selling law - big mistake! Ordered corner shelf unit (£15) for my shower 16 Aug it arrived 25 Aug but didn't fit so I wanted to return it for a refund. Was told it had to go to China by tracked mail, cost £25. I did get the promise of a 30% (£3.88) refund.
My advice: Don't deal with this company unless you know that what you're buying is exactly what you want.

Ordered 2 lights. Plugs did not have UK fittings,yet the site said Havenhome UK. I emailed to return, and was told to ship to an address in China,and to use tracking,all at a cost to myself. I went to post,but the postage was over £25.00 so I did not proceed. I really wish id read these reviews before I ordered from this company. I have accepted faults with online orders in the past,so I am not in the habit of complaining,but to any new Customers...avoid,avoid,avoid!

Bought an induction speaker from this company. It was absolutely shocking, didn't work at all and the features described in the advertisement weren't even on the item. Asked for a refund and was told I'd have to ship to an address in china,with tracking. Only offered a 30% refund if I chose not to do this. This is not a UK company.

Purchased a green laser pen which Havenhome.uk advertised as highly effective and especially good because it had a powerful battery that was also rechargeable. The pen arrived with no battery and no instructions so could not be used. I have asked the company twice now to please let me have the battery specification because it is unique to this product, but they have so far failed to do so. Absolutely appalling service which completely disrespects the customer.

Not UK sizes and based in China not the UK, only realised when I wanted to return an item. They don't provide return labels and to send any parcel to China it's £10+ and not worth returning. They are well aware of this and offered me 30% off to keep the item at the same time as telling me about the return .postage
