I received what was ordered and was aware of delivery dates as well as being kept up to date on the progress of the order

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Especially Neil who went out of his way to get us a deal that suited us. Very happy with the car and the service that we received. We were made to feel like valued customers from start to finish.

Was a really relaxed atmosphere, nice surroundings. Staff were friendly, and very helpful. Salesman was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. Nice touch was the manager coming and thanking us personally and having a chat.

Very disappointing experience with Audi Inverness on used approved car - I would strongly advise caution.

I travelled nearly 400 miles expecting a high standard from an Audi Approved dealership. Unfortunately, the experience has fallen well below expectations.

The vehicle was not presented to the standard described over the phone calls - visible scratches on the rear bumper loading area, stone chips on the front, worn rear wiper, and a damaged tyre shortly after collection. The car also appeared to have been coated, yet imperfections became clearly visible after washing, which raises concerns about preparation quality.

An Autoglym Lifeshine product (£499) was applied and charged without my clear consent, despite me raising this at the time. There was also a verbal agreement for £500 relating to the parcel shelf from my part exchange which I have eye witness to, which has not been honoured despite me returning the part as agreed.

In addition, the car was advertised with a boot liner which was not supplied, and I later discovered the rear brake pads and discs are already significantly worn (less then 20%) and I have been advised I keep on bringing new issues every week, is that how you treat your customers once the car is sold to them?

After sales support has been extremely poor —I had to call approximately 15–20 times to chase updates.

The most frustrating part is the lack of accountability, the Sales Manager has now refused to engage further and directed me to the Motor Ombudsman.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and not what I expected when purchasing from an Audi Approved Used dealership. I will never purchase an Audi again thanks to them.

We don't react well to salesmen pressuring us to buy so had walked away from other garages doing very good finance deals.
The salesmen at Hawco allowed us to look at the car without pressure, but at the same time they were there when we wanted to ask questions. We feel they got the balance just right.

As a frequent customer at Peterhead , we have never been disappointed with the professionalism of the staff both at time of purchase and for the after sales service which is always excellent.
The only complaint we would have was the constant online form filling and document sending to Volkswagen Finance , not Sales Dept fault .
As “elderly “ customers the presumption is the everyone our age is expert and submitting things online, granted we were able to do so, but maybe this is something to consider when dealing with seniors.
On previous occasions all documentation was already printed out and presented by sales at the point of purchase and we found the VW Finance side of the experience very time consuming.
Apart from that we have no complaints at all and would certainly not hesitate to recommend Hawco Peterhead to friends and family.
