Very nice quality item better than expected, ordered black and blue jacket as the one seen in Spectre James Bond. The style is as good as it gets and fits very well. I am 5'9" 210lbs and the XL is perfect. Had a similar jacket from a well know make and although half the price it is nowhere near as good as this one, you get what you oay for and I recommend you look no further if you want a jacket like this.

Received the jacket I ordered in good time . Unfortunately it wasn’t what I was looking for but still good quality. Sending it back was really easy and I got my money back no problem . Ahmed was exceedingly helpful and efficient.

Obwohl es ein Problem mit der Lieferung gab, das durch den Versanddienstleister verursacht wurde, konnte die Angelegenheit schnell und sachlich gelöst werden.

Es gab ein Missverständnis bei der Zustellung, da das Paket versteckt wurde und die Dokumentation unklar war. Dank des engagierten Kundenservice-Teams wurde die Situation schnell geklärt, und ich habe das Paket schließlich erhalten. Besonders beeindruckend fand ich, dass die Zoll- und Steuergebühren sofort erstattet wurden, um die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten auszugleichen.

Die Ware selbst ist von hervorragender Qualität – genau das, was ich erwartet habe. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Bestellung und verstehe nicht, warum andere möglicherweise schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Meine Erfahrung war durchweg positiv, und ich werde hier definitiv wieder einkaufen.

Received my order. Ordered a Large but it was too small. I rechecked the size chart and had it correct. This is the size the man always wears.
However, my complaint is that the jacket does not have a label with the size. So, I believe this Company sent the wrong size and I feel that they should pay the return and offer to send the CORRECT size with a size label. The customer has to pay to return it.

The jackets we ordered were delivered promptly. The quality was great and sizing perfect.

I spent £169 on a jacket advertised as real leather and sheepskin, but what I received was worse than a Primark jacket—and it smelled REALLY bad. The quality was absolutely shocking!

I contacted the company, and although they took a few days to respond, they promptly sent me return instructions. They asked me to cover the return shipping costs, promising a refund once they received the item. Surprisingly, they refunded both my money and the courier fee even before the jacket reached their storage.

I wouldn’t recommend this company, as the product quality is extremely poor, but I was impressed by their surprisingly efficient customer service.

Terrible quality, no support from customer service. Total scam. I bought a jacket, which was delivered rolled into a small plastic bag. It arrived crumpled dirty looking and covered in what looked like lint. I paid to have it dry cleaned and reached out to the company- no reply. After cleaning it I could see it had tiny hard white bits all over the fabric and was completely unwearable. The company then wanted me to pay to return it. Avoid this company.

Very friendly, very timely, great service during the order process, and most important of all: a real great jacket! It looks exactliy the way I wanted it and it fits perfectly.

I initially wrote a 1 star review and questioned the validity of this company. They have said no comms was due to a server error. The jacket finally turned up and as I have said directly to Hawk and Bull, it is of good quality, an excellent fit, very good workmanship. I am very happy with the jacket and whilst extremely frustated with the poor communications, it appears this was out of their control. I would purchase from them again.

Great Customer Service From Day One!
I wasn’t sure which size I needed to order, so I was excited when they emailed me for measurements for the person receiving the gift. This helped me because I had no idea which size I should purchase. Ahmed was Awesome!! He replied to every email that I sent. The coat I ordered was absolutely beautiful. My boyfriend loved his special gift which was what I was hoping would happen.

I love my jacket! You’re contacted when you order for more measurements, so your basically get a custom/tailored fit .
Mine fits like a glove !!

Only small issue was the overpowering smell of protector……. Hope it fades.

I recently purchased a jacket from hawk and bull. The leather quality was really good but unfortunately the cut/fitment just wasn't right even after taking measurements. After reading reviews on here I really thought I would struggle to get a refund but to my amazement Ahmed reached out to me and sorted everything smoothly gaining a full refund. So I can't knock their customer service. So on the basis of the quality of leather and customer service I'll give them 5 stars but the jacket just wasn't right for me.

When I placed my order, I was immediately given a dedicated member of the team (Ahmed), who looked after me through to delivery. The Service has been A1 and faultless; and the product is excellent. My Jacket looks amazing and it fits really well.

Ordered a jacket from Hawk and Bull that was advertised as real leather. Arrived today 4 weeks after ordering and it’s definitely not leather. Good fit, nice lining, well packaged, good design but definitely not leather. Not worth £150 I paid. Don’t be fooled by the union jacks and traditional name etc. They’re made in Pakistan. My advice would be to go on holiday to Turkey and get a similar quality jacket for £50 from one of the bazaars. Spend the spare £100 on kebabs and beer!

Just received the James Bond suede jacket, firstly its dirty black marks all over it secondly its yellow not tan and thirdly the material is not suede its like a chamois leather I have basically paid £149 for a yellow chamois leather jacket.. it then goes on to say returns are at the customers expense and anything that has been made to order will not be refunded, they contact you to ask you your measurements so DO NOT USE COMPANY.

Purchased a coat which is how it looked in the picture and quality ok however the coat is too big and I have emailed the company 5 times as instructed on the returns leaflet and heard nothing at all! I am now going to leave it with my bank and hopefully they can sort it. Never again!!

Jacket arrived in good time but in black rather than brown.
Had a terrible smell to it. Might have been the chemicals they used to cure the sheep skin. They suggested I put it outside for a couple of days. In the snow ???
Jacket at least 4 inches too short at the front.
Outside pockets set too far back for easy access.
42 inch chest ordered arrived almost tight.
If the supplier was nearer I would have sent it back and asked for a refund.
