My experience, I have to say at Hawkins Motors Hayle, was exceptionally good, warm and friendly and very helpful. Not only am I pleased with my Peugeot 208 I brought, but also the fair price I was given for my car as part exchange.

I have just taken delivery of our first Hyundai Tucson both my wife and I are extremely thrilled with the car. This is the first time we have dealt with Hawkins at Blackwater and the Hyundai sales manager Gavin is brilliant. There was no pressure, no hard sales pitch, everything was very calm. He gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and helped us every step along the way including getting our private plate changed from one car to the other. All in all great service. Thank you.

Recently purchased a car from the Kia branch at Indian Queens. Sydnee was brilliant from start to finish - we test drove the car on the Saturday and she ensured it was ready to collect the following Friday. Top service and a beautiful showroom, highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the service provided by Kye Smith at Nissan, Blackwater, Truro. I was very nervous about applying for a mobility vehicle and Kye gave amazing support throughout! Kye is very knowledgeable and helped me complete the paperwork with ease.
It was a stress free experience. Kye was very polite and supportive and was extremely patient when I struggled to ask questions.
Kye showed me around the vehicle, informing me how to use the various gadgets on the car. Kye even linked my Apple phone to the car! I went for a test drive and found the whole experience very enjoyable.
I would 100% recommend Kye and will definitely be a returning customer! I will recommend to all my friends. 10 out of 10 service and point of delivery.

Not impressed . Booked a test drive on the phone with Hawkins Hyundai Blackwater 10 days ago. I turned up for the appointment after a 35 minute drive to get there and they had failed to put the appointment ( booked with Gavin) in their diary! The car is was there to drive was not working either ...the new Sante Fe....not a great advert for reliability of the car or professionalism from the staff.
A waste of 90 minutes of my time and fuel!

Francisca at Hawkins Hayle, dealt with the exchange of my motability Kia Picanto . Everything was fine, from sorting my personal number-plates to dealing with Cwll. Council disabled parking exemptoin permit. Although it's the same make and model as before, it's more modern and when i drove away it felt comfortable as if I'd been driving it forever. So I'm more than happy -- thank you !

March 2025 Bought my first Kia, an EV3 from Sharon Opie at Hayle. No sales pressure just friendly encouragement providing useful information about the car when asked. A very positive pain-free sales experience. Sharon would be a first class instructor at car sales-person training school. No hassle and good after sales support despite a significant hitch in the first weeks of ownership. No excuses, just friendly support from Sharon and the after sales team. All the staff at Kia Hayle have so far been exemplary, courteous and considerate. For this, at times, grumpy old man dealing with a local family business has been an admirable demonstration of how to look after customers even when things aren't straight forward. Thank you.
