Harrison has been kind, helpful, considerate to me, quick to respond to and resolve certain issues, and I hope he has been providing excellent service to the residents of the X1 property at Haymarket Company.

I don't normally do reviews but must say Harrison at Haymarket has been very helpful on a couple of issues I had to sort out for a new tenant. Very pleased with the effort and how swiftly it was dealt with. Thank You

Harrison wood was soo helpful. I left my keys somewhere and was worried about getting in to my flat but he arranged it so I would be able to get in and someone would help me late at night. Was very accommodating and replied so fast which settled my worries.

Great service from Harrison and liaison with the Sales and Lettings Team. A member of the latter was visiting The Gallery today and a drop-off of key cards was arranged to my property. Now, that doesn't sound too big a task but it is quite often these little details of life that are forgotten about but can end up being crucial. In this case to get into the property!

Harry our block manager has been great.
He’s shown continued enthusiasm, helpfulness, and efficiency. He responds to queries the same day and deals with any issues promptly and professionally.
When residents requested additional gym equipment, he arranged for it to be ordered and installed straight away, even though the gym had just been refurbished.
We’re grateful for his hard work and the difference it makes to our experience.

Haymarket were instrumental in helping us achieve control over our building. During the cladding crisis, we needed to form a Right To Manage company in order to take away building control from both a non-communicative, unhelpful freeholder and a badly performing management company that no tenant wanted any involvement with. With Haymarket's expertise and guidance, we took full control with our RTM, quickly resolved all cladding issues and appointed Haymarket as our managing agent. The building has been turned around completely, to what we all hoped for and wanted when we purchased our apartments. Remarkably, we have even been able to stabilise our monthly management fees and avoid increases. There was so much prior wastage and bad performance. Haymarket are an exceptional team; there are always little bumps but my confidence in them is very high.
