ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY ITS A SCAM THEY TOOK MY $500 and never shipped anything. 100% fraudulent activity. I just filed charges. Worst experience of my life as an online shopper. Dont make the same mistake!!!!

Scam Alert. I bought something from the website in June and it still hasn't been delivered. Whenever i write to them, I get the same reply that my parcel is already on the way and they give the same tracking number which never works. They do reply to my mail mail everytime though but never what I ask them. Stay away from this website.

Same story as all the other bad reviews. I ordered, didn’t hear anything. Contacted by email, they bounced back!
Contacted them via messenger, they advised due to COVID shipping takes longer etc. I ask for a refund, they advised can’t once item has shipped. I asked for tracking number, they couldn’t give me one. They advised my order is processed and on its way to shipping (whatever that means). Total scam! Do not use this company!

Promised the product was on the way but delayed due to Covid. Have just emailed them this morning for tracking number, all the excuses under the sun. I have now requested a full refund..... do you think I will get it, no. Going to go through Paypal at the monent. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Theives take your money and send no product ordered over a month a ago told them shipping was ridiculous so they said they would ship for free. So I ordered. Now they have no email support or phone number Extortion, they should be arrested apparently not the only person they did this to !!!!!!!!

Hazel lab email does not exist or it blocks my emails. Ordered over $100 since June 2020 and no response on shipment. There is no way to request a refund. Calling it a lost and shame on me for falling for this scam.

Not worthy of a Star.

I ordered two things from them on May 6th. 2020. First item didnt come as described. Missing pieces. The second item never arrived. (I ordered them at the same time (same order number) I waited and waited. After 4 months. I went to read trustpilot's reviews of Hazellab. Horrible stories from people who didnt get their packages. I panicked and contacted Paypal and Hazellab. Hazellab promised it was shipped. They gave me a faulty tracking number. I contacted paypal. They told me to sort it out with the shop. Hazellab kept giving me excuses after excuses that it was being investigated. After 4 months. I sent them an email again that I want a refund. Surprise! Their Support @ Customer service is no longer found and they won't be receiving my mail. What a total Scam! Do not purchase from this shop!

Search for this company please. HAZEL LABS is the company behind it. You will find a lot of complaints the same way. I ordered 2 weeks ago, when trying to reach out to support for picfila the mails are blocked for the official support mail.

When reaching out to hazel Labs through my PayPal payment I found the name (also has the name CANADA INC) , they received my mail, answered and wanted more info, despite I have given all info: order dats, order number, full name, mail address, etc etc. it’s a tactic to make you wait until they can block you.

Complaints on Facebook page are also blocked. This says everything about their company and how they treat customers.

The second mail, my answer mail was blocked again. Now opened a case over PayPal.

plus reported to Facebook, stay Away from them, spread the word and report them too.

They are not worth any stars. I usually check trustpilot first but in this case i didn't and they caught me out 😡 fuming. I ordered from them in May and still nothing they are blatantly a SCAM company i tried to make a complaint to their customer service but no luck absolutely scumbags. Just steating ppls money. I will be in contact with my bank first thing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

I place an order in May 2020 same excuses as everyone else, trying to blame the courier for not making the delivery. These people are crooks and have no intention of sending the goods ordered. Wouldn't give them any stars their service is rubbish.

My friend bought an item in May 2020, paid via Paypal. We've been in touch with their customer service for the past three weeks, maybe 15 emails back and forth. Same statement as many say here: we'd not be able to get a refund because the item has been shipped and will "arrive at our door step very soon". They can't prove this with a tracking number, and act against their own "Guarantee" policy. DON'T ORDER! BETTER BURN THE MONEY!

If you have been scammed by these cowards, call your bank like I did and have your charges reversed.

No stars... 6 months and still have not received my order. They will not refund because they stated they shipped it so it’s basically not their problem. DO NOT ORDER. Horrible customer service.. I cannot stress..DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service, awful customer service. Product seems OK, nothing special. Would never buy anything from them again ever. They want your money, but will never refund. Took months to get orthodics, "customer service", quick, uncaring comments.

I ordered back in May 2020, they took my money immediately.
Its now August 2020 and I still have not received my item.
I've been told its been shipped and I'm not allowed a refund.

DO NOT purchase from this company. Ordered April 30. Was told multiple times it had shipped. It had not. Then was told it had not and they would cancel. They did not. After 49 days they gave me tracking info. After 101 days the item arrived and was no where near as described. Contacted support about their satisfaction guarantee and they said they would not be honoring it.

If I could have given a 0 rating I would. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Placed an order on 4th June, when it didn’t arrive I started to chase it. I was constantly advised it was in transit. As at 5th August still nothing!
The customer service team are insincere and unhelpful. Very disappointed.
