We were recommended HBD Systems by our architect (Studio95Design) and I'm so glad we used them. Everyone from the Sales team through to installation have been really helpful and pleasant. Our doors look amazing, and everything HBD did and supplied for us was seamless.

Excellent experience. The product is great and I couldn’t ask for better thin profile sliding doors. The staff, from sales, surveying and fitting went over and beyond to meet my needs and to ensure every detail was correct and to my specifications. Definitely would recommend and would reuse in the future.

From initial enquiry and through visiting their showrooms the whole process of choosing our replacement doors and window was really smooth.

Supplied and fitted a single Origin internal door. Pricey but no complaints about the quality - the door feels rock solid and closes with a satisfying 'thunk'. The two guys that fitted it were polite and tidied up after themselves. All-in-all a good experience.

Really happy with service provided by HBD systems - from initial order, through to survey right up to fitting absolutely faultless. No issues, on schedule as planned and very happy with the finishing done by the installer. Friendly team - will definitely use again in the future!

We’ve used HBD for all our windows, bi-folds and doors. They are professional and deliver a quality service. The most recent installation of a solidor front door was excellent, from sales to installation. The sales team helped us choose a suitable door. Roberto and Ben were courteous, talked us through the work, checked we were happy all the way along and explained the paperwork and tips to keeping the door in good condition. All in all another excellent service.

We contacted HBD systems toget a quote for a Centor blind system together with other contractors, not only were they the cheapest by some marging but they replied very promptly. As were in the very early stages of our extension we had to change the installation date more than once and there was never a problem. The team who fitted the blinds were very professional and their workmanship was of the top order with our builder commenting on how impressed he was. On the basis of our experience we have no hesitation in recommending this company for this specific product.

We have been very happy with our Origin Bi Folds that were installed in 2017until last week ….
Out of the blue the doors would not lock thus leaving our property unsecured .We contacted HBD who could not find us on their system even though we hold a ton of paperwork which they insisted on citing before dealing with the problem. We emailed the documents and were then advised they would come to sort in a weeks’ time ! Clearly we could not leave our home unlocked for a day let alone a week & had to use a local locksmith to sort .
We contacted HBD to explain - they were entirely unsympathetic and even suggested using a third party to sort may affect the supposed warranty
Incrediblly disappointed in their customer service and general attitude.

We are a repeat customer. First time a fully glazed sunroom. This time replacement windows and door. Very good install team despite the extreme weather at the time. Great finishing of damaged brick work too. Would highly recommend HBD.

CAN NOT RECOMMEND - STAY AWAY ! Had a nightmare ordering with HBD. Even though technical architect plans of the opening were shared, many conversations took place, they entirely ignored the fact that they need to add the Kerb measurements. They offered us installation dates that would have delayed the already ridiculously long lead-times to another unreasonable duration, so that we had no option but to look for an alternative installation company. Previously to delivery we discovered the mistake that HBD made in the size not considering the Kerb, which is pretty much a core task of their service, they did not contribute to covering costs to build a new frame. On delivery date of the rooflights arrived faulty, never informing us upfront so that we could reschedule the installation date with the other company to avoid additional costs. After they left us with the faulty panel, that was missing the insulation module, they never got back to us with a replacement panel, however at that time 100% payment was made. We had to chase and beg for the replacement of the faulty panel, which they delivered on a date to their convenience when they were by concidence around the area, but not when the manufacturer had already delivered them the replacment panel. We had to book a second installation date, which they simply out of courtesy should have covered but they hid behind the fact, that they do supply only. Supply only but of faulty items is not supply only. Disaster, bad service, stress, a lot of money that I am sure another company would have deserved more. HBD should be ashamed to treat their customers like this after spending more than £10.000 on two rooflights. Shame !

Initially a good experience, they have a nice showroom and a great range of products. Unfortunately, the sales team (Jack), used the wrong supplier measurements and asked for £562 extra payment before install. The owner (Neil) provided little assistance to help with this matter. There were unnecessary delays throughout the process leading to slow delivery of windows/doors which I have seen done much better elsewhere.

I must say that whilst the product is aesthetically good we have encountered very poor service along the way that has resulted in a much delayed installation . Our experience was that they didnt really know what they were doing . However our recent experience is one that leaves me astonished at their lack of care . We pointed out to them a design fault that meant that the lead window did not pick up the other panes when sliding back . We were told that it couldn’t be done . At the weekend when sliding the panes back my finger was trapped between the two sliding panes . We have asked that they attend urgently to review this major safety issue but they tell me they are too busy to come out for over a week . Notwithstanding the considerable pain I am in I dread to think what would have happened had it been a child’s fingers trapped . They most certainly would have lost them . Their disregard for a major safety issue alone should warrant avoiding this Company at all costs

We purchased 2.7 m high Sunflex SVG30 sliding doors from HBD in Silk Grey - it was great we could go for a special powder coated RAL colour. They look fantastic and slide open really smoothly. It's early days for the product but so far so good and they have a 10 year guarantee which gives some reassurance. We also thought the price was reasonable compared to other suppliers (and we shopped around alot). Customer service from HBD was great and the installers were quick and nice to deal with. Overall, highly recommended.

Brilliant service. I can not recommend HBD Systems highly enough. All the staff including Antonio in the sales team, the installers (Graham and team) to the admin team were so helpful and professional. I was extremely happy with the service they provided and would definitely use them again.

Great service - excellent range of choice of windows and doors and all high end quality. Showroom was superb and the sale staff very helpful. All aspects from ordering, paying, surveying through to installation and aftercare were top notch!
