Katia Lake and her team dealt with our case for our house move and has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was professional, prompt and a great communicator throughout the process and it really put us at ease knowing that our case was being actively taken care of. Our documents and guides were extremely helpful and enabled us to complete within just a couple of months. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone and will be working with her again in future.

Excellent service and very professional. Joanne and Denise at the Westhoughton branch were top drawer sorting my late Mum's probate. I recommend very highly and the added bonus of them being on my doorstep made it even better

Very helpful, even though Joanne only had the opportunity of working on my behalf for a short period. For the record the account was in connection with a late cousin. As is right and proper, a search was carried out to see if a will had been made by the deceased. In the event another solicitor advised that the cousin in question had indeed made a will (with them) and duly took the contract from HCB. Rather regrettable but these things happen.

Christine, Louise & Wendy were so helpful and made the buying/selling process so straightforward for us. Every detail was explained clearly and the whole thing was swiftly dealt with. Would highly recommend HCB Solicitors and will be using them again in the future if the need arises.
