Can’t withdraw money as transactions become frozen and they then say you need vip status which is more than $6k in your account - fulfil that and then no reply no nothing and they’ve got $20k of your money locked without even a reply and all tickets are reported as CLOSED

If you wanna withdrawal your funds you must pay for VIP status and it cost 750$ then they ask for premium and gold... So you can't withdrawal your money it's a stealing on modern way.
The website isn’t user friendly. You can’t transfer BTC from one wallet to hcbitcoin. There is no place to make withdrawals.
