Perfect!!!

It was so easy getting my grillz made, the team are so helpful and they’ve got so many videos and instructions on how to properly do your impression kit. Grillz came out so amazing, I couldn’t be happier!! 10/10

best grillz I’ve ever bought and most smooth experience

Such a smooth experience they was so accommodating when I needed help with my moulds and very fast at replying. As soon as my grills came in I was beyond aesthetic. It’s exactly what I wanted and even more would definitely recommend the easiest and most professional grillz you can get from what I’ve seen.

genuinely couldn’t recommend enough

I collaborated with HC GRILLZ and honestly I am obsessed. The moment I put them on I felt like such a baddie and instantly cooler. The quality is unreal and you can really tell how much care goes into them. The entire process from start to finish was so easy and stress free. The instructions for doing the mould were super clear and simple, shipping was so quick, and the ongoing support from the team was amazing. Anytime I had a question they were there and so helpful. On top of all that the designs are insanely cool. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough 🤍

I bought my first set when HC was based in Melbourne and everything was in person, crazy how much easier it is with the at home mold kits. The grillz turned out great both times and I’ll definitely be saving up for more

Dont Trust the Positive Comments in Full

Im potentially going to be in the same situation as every comment here. I placed my order Nov 21, 2025 and after emails, website message portals, and Instagram only recieved an actual progress report this week first week of January 2026. I took the cautious route and paid for gps shipping to send back my molds. The molds made it to thier adress Dec 5. It was only this week of January 2026 that I finally heard back after multiple messages to confirm they had received my molds did they respond with an image of "my grillz" and said they'd be shipped out by the end of this week. This morning January 6th I finally got a response from Instagram where they said they received my molds but have just entered production. So WTF is it? Have they been shipped out or and they still being made. Funny to note is when I asked for another follow up picture of my grilz I was told they cant because they've already been packaged up. I do not believe that that image was my grillz and ive now told them if I dont get a tracking number by end of the week ill be contacting my CC company. I should have done more research on this company because wow they must be paying for positive comments.

January 19th Update

I have now received my grillz (THANK GOD) I have updated my post from 2 stars to 3 as I actually did recieve a product. HOWEVER... one of the set of grilz was absolutely NOT the same quality of product as what was shown on their website. I've since contacted them to see what can be done as they do have a satisfaction policy however that was a few days ago now and I have not hurd anything back (so thier typical communication patterns). Honestly if it wasn't for the fact of these specific grillz being my reason for ordering with the company in the first place i would have said that having it replaced wasn't worth the trouble but I paid over $500 for my set and I WANT to be happy with my purchase despite me hating thier communication skills. Will update again with response.

First and foremost, we want to say this clearly: you’re absolutely right. The heart cut out on your grill should have been flagged before dispatch. That responsibility sits with us, and we fully acknowledge that this did not meet the standard shown on our website or the standard you rightly expected especially on a custom piece of this value.

To make this right, we are already in the process of offering a professional 3D laser cut redesign to correct the heart cut out and bring the piece fully in line with the original design and your expectations. This upgrade is being handled specifically to ensure precision, symmetry, and a finish worthy of the piece you ordered.

Regarding communication: the timing of your order unfortunately coincided with our busiest period of the year (Black Friday through Christmas). We are still a very small, hands-on business with a limited team, and while that explains the delays, it does not excuse them. Your feedback highlights exactly why we are actively improving our systems and support coverage so that no customer feels left without clarity or updates regardless of season.

Customer satisfaction is not optional for us. Your case is being treated with the same priority and care as every order, and we are committed to seeing this through until you are genuinely happy with your grillz.

We truly hope we can earn back your full confidence and turn this experience into the 5 star outcome it should have been from the start.

Never received my product

I placed an order for custom grillz and mailed my dental moulds, which the business confirmed receiving. I was advised the turnaround time would be 4–6 weeks.

It has now been over 10 weeks. I have not received the product, photos, tracking information, or a clear completion timeline despite multiple follow-ups.

I’m simply requesting delivery confirmation with tracking or a full refund.
I’m posting this publicly in hopes of resolving this matter.

Updated response: Thank you for responding. To clarify for transparency, the order in question was eventually delivered, however it arrived significantly beyond the stated 4–6 week turnaround time and without any shipping confirmation, tracking number, or delivery notification sent to me beforehand.

At the time my review and escalations were made, I had not received the product and had no information indicating it had shipped. Communication consisted of repeated delays without a clear timeline, which is what led to my concern.

My review reflects the delay and lack of communication during fulfillment, not confusion about whether the order ultimately arrived. I am sharing my experience so others are aware of the timeline and communication expectations. I gladly have receipts if needed.

We have had a terrible experience with…

We have had a terrible experience with HC Grillz.
We waited 6 weeks for the original order we placed, despite their website saying 3-4 weeks, only to receive it and find that the grillz had been made for the wrong tooth. As instructed we sent the incorrect grillz back so that they could melt it down and re-make it. They assured us it would be re-made as a priority. that was 5 weeks ago and still have not received it. After following up multiple times, they finally had to admit that the molds are sent to Indonesia to be made. We spent a small fortune on these grillz, and we are beyond disappointed.

unprofessional

unprofessional, still haven't received them, had to send over 3 confirmation photos after having to be sent a replacement mold, terrible response time, can't even have clear instructions.
