Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service & Quality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am absolutely delighted with my experience with HB Beds! Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. While I was deciding between colours, they kindly sent me samples without me even asking , such a thoughtful and helpful touch!

They kept me updated and in contact throughout the whole process, answered every single question I had, and the delivery was incredibly quick.

When the bed arrived, I wasn’t completely sure how to assemble it, but HB Beds immediately sent me a step-by-step video showing exactly how to put it together. It was so easy to follow, and the whole bed was assembled in just 30 minutes! No complicated instructions, no wasting hours , it was incredibly simple.

And the bed itself is absolutely stunning! It is beautifully made, looks even better in person, and the quality is fantastic. You can genuinely see and feel the quality of the product.

I honestly cannot recommend HB Beds highly enough. 10/10 and 1000% recommended! If you are considering buying from them, do it , you will not be disappointed. ❤️

The service I received from HD Beds was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The communication was so personal, friendly and speedy, with quick responses to all my questions.

Samples were sent out really quickly, and I was amazed at the delivery time — just 2 days after ordering! 🚚. With friendly delivery men.

Highly recommend HD Beds!

HD beds had great customer service all the way through. From when I ordered the bed to getting it delivered . The person who dealt with my enquiries had great customer service, helpful and very polite . Took about a week for the bed to be made and delivered! Which was really good for me ! The men who delivered the bed were great . I couldn’t take the bed to the lift myself so one of the men helped my partner . Very respectful helpful work men. They even took great care of the bed when handling it out of the van. Great service all the way through. Most importantly! The bed is amazing ! Quality , material , a really good nights sleep and so stunning to look at ! Can’t wait to finish off my bedroom and make her look even more beautiful. Thank you so much HD beds ! I will be recommending you to others ! I did part deposit and paid cash on delivery. No problems!

Ordered a king size Luxury High Panel Empire Bed with mattress, it came within days, they were very helpful with when asking for assembly instructions. Bed is gorgeous, solid and great quality. Would buy again from them.

Our beds arrived this morning, ordered 4 beds with mattresses and a king size mattress. All beds are stunning. Cannot fault this company from beginning to end. Communication was fantastic and made alterations per my request. The two guys that made up our beds arrived and worked tirelessly to assemble all beds. Great all round company would definitely recommend. Definitely worth the money!

After spending quite a bit of time researching storage beds, I decided to order a custom ottoman bed from HD Beds and I’m so glad I did.

From my very first enquiry, the customer service was exceptional. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and nothing seemed too much trouble. I had quite specific requirements regarding storage depth, mattress compatibility, headboard height and fabric choice, and I was given helpful advice throughout.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail. When I was undecided about fabric colour and piping options, I was sent swatches and even a video showing the navy velvet with black piping so I could visualise the finished bed properly. That level of customer care made a huge difference and gave me confidence that I was making the right choice.

The bed itself is beautiful, extremely well made and exactly as specified. The storage is fantastic, the quality is excellent and it has completely transformed the room.

It’s rare these days to find a company that combines a great product with genuinely personal service, but HD Beds managed both. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would happily buy from them again in the future.
