Great!
Very easy to find what you are looking for. They had my batting gloves in stock when another place was sold out of my size. Very fast shipping came in just in time for Slowpitch.

Good Morning Dominick,
We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting your order to you. Unfortunately, shipping to Guam can sometimes be unpredictable—some packages arrive extremely quickly, while others can take 2–3 weeks depending on carrier routing, weather, and other transit delays.
Unfortunately, the combination of carrier delays and severe weather, resulted in a much longer transit time than anyone would have liked. While the package left our facility immediately, we completely understand how frustrating it is to wait that long for an order.
We greatly appreciate your patience and your business. We’d also be happy to provide you with a discount code toward a future order as a thank-you for your understanding during the delay.

1st time customer, many more purchases coming.
Order was received and shipped promptly. There was a small issue that was not in any way the “sellers fault”, but they still promptly reached out, and resolved it in an impressive way.

Good Morning Adam,
It looks like your order was canceled because the shipping address entered at checkout was being flagged as invalid, and we were unable to reach you to verify it. With an order valued at over $300, we did not want to risk shipping it to an address that could not be confirmed.
Our team attempted to contact you twice by email and once by phone. After we were unable to get in touch, the order was canceled and refunded in full back to your original payment method.
We apologize for any inconvenience this caused, but the decision was made to protect both you and us from a much larger issue if the package had been shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
If you’d still like the bat, we’d be happy to help you place a new order with the correct address.
