These red light therapy coats have had nothing but a very positive effect on my dog, he has one twenty minute session a day and actually gets excited when he sees me getting it out!!
It unfortunately developed a fault but on emailing them their customer service replied immediately and arranged a replacement to be sent. Great service!

It’s a great coat. I brought it in the advice from my dogs physiotherapist after my dog hurt her back. She had regular treatment with it and recovered quickly. I have 4 dogs so the coat gets a lot of use, I use it prior to flyball and I between runs at competitions.

Have been using my healed pets therapy boots for a few years now and they really seem to help my dogs arthritic paws. Sadly my original have suddenly stopped working and as I couldn't find the original receipt I have bought a new one.
Would recommend these healed products for your dog's.

I ordered the m/l one for my dog which was too small and the largest one they had. Bought some straps from Amazon to make do.
But if you have anything bigger than a collie I would maybe avoid

Thought for price wrap would have had longer charge than having to do every day & only getting 2-3 uses before going flat.

You are theifs I bought a pet heal for dog it would even fit a squirell .I emailed custmer says I want to return it they have done nithing to help me this is theft.

A very prompt and efficient service. LED jacket is very easy to use and maintain and is making a real difference to my dog. She has physiotherapy for an issue and I am advised that the condition is improving and progressing rapidly and at a faster rate than would normally be expected.

The coats are great and my dog certainly benefits from it however, the large coat only comes 3/4 of the way down my collies back. This means that to get the coat over his hips and iliopsoas muscles I have to use it more like a wrap than a coat. I undo the chest strap, slide it down his back till his hips are covered (a good six or eight inches, then try to tighten up the belly strap around his hips. Now my boy is an average sized border collie who does agility. He hadn’t got a particularly long back and it seems such a pity that the coat which is supposedly for his size is so short on him. I’m wondering if the designers consulted any agility or working trials people before designing the coat?

Bought for my 10 year old cockapoo who has arthritis in her front leg, have only been using for 2weeks but she definitely enjoys having it on and always has a little snooze whilst it’s working.

Body and leg wrap purchased. First body wrap failed after 6 months and replaced with no problems. The replacement failed after three months and again replaced with no problems. Half the lights stopped working on the third wrap after three months and then gave up completely. I have offered to send all three body wraps back for inspection. There is no doubt that the wraps provide pain relief and that the suppliers want to help when there's a problem. On this occasion Healed have offered me another replacement or my money back.
UPDATE Asked for replacement wrap then never heard anything from them. Will be returning all three faulty body wraps and leg wrap that has now also stopped working. Apparently my original email was missed because of a system error but my next email asking for a replacement appears to also have been missed. They were a good company to deal with but have dropped the ball recently. Will be looking at reheatable pads for my dog in winter.

Just ordered a large body coat and leg wraps for my 9yr old GSD who has mild arthritis and hip dysplasia. I’ve seen a mild improvement in a stiff limp he had already. Customer service was fab when I had a faulty leg wrap that wasn’t holding charge. They sent a new one out super fast which was fantastic. My only critique is the the coat is too small. An XL size would be much better for a dog of his size which a thick coat. I have to lay it on on him as the Velcro straps aren’t long enough to go round his neck. We make it work so it’s fine.

Really pleased we bought this for our dog. She is jack russell sized, bought the small version. She had a broken leg years ago, which was pinned. She's recently been holding her leg up and limping after walks but 10 minute session with the HeaLED product has helped a lot.

Our dogs love the red light coat and wrap. We certainly see a positive difference with our boy that suffers from elbow dysplasia. If he has a flare up, it really speeds up his recovery rate

Cannot praise this company enough! We ordered the small dog coat and leg strap as our dogs are aging and our oldest tore her cruciate a year ago, they are all sporting dogs and we will do our best to keep them fit in any aspect. We have used this coat for 10 minutes a day on each of our 6 dogs, the auto timer makes it so easy! Our dogs range from 1.8kg to 6.5kg and it fits all of them, a little big on the small one but it doesn't come off when she's wearing it so does it's job! Our hydrotherapist was very happy that we saw an improvement in our one dogs front leg clicking, and since using the keg strap daily, this clicking has now disappeared 🤷‍♀️
We recently had an issue with what appeared to be a loose connection in the coat and I contacted them the same day about the issues out of working hours (around 6pm) and by 7pm they had sent me a returns form. I filled in the form Tuesday morning (which they followed up on to sort straight away) and this morning (Thursday) a brand new replacement arrived. It's enlightening to see a company where the product is high quality, and the customer service matches that quality

I bought 2 No. Of the two delivered only one worked, OK, I was refunded, but I bought two for a reason. Unfortunately the dog I bought them for passed away and the one remaining item was stored for a period of time, 12 months. The battery was charged periodically, no problems there. However, a third of the LED's have stopped working during that time...? If you flex it, some light now and again. poor quality product. Stay Away!
