Healing Shapers offer great lymphatic drainage massages. Fabia took the time to understand my condition and then tailored her approach and techniques to what I needed. She is kind, compassionate and attentive. After her treatment the next day I noticed swelling had come down in some of my worst areas. I will continue to book with them again.

An exceptional massage which was just what I needed after surgery.

This company was putting itself forward as experts in lymphatic drainage, but didn’t appear to be. Nothing sent in advance so I had to spend the first 10 minutes waiting for forms to be sent, filled in and getting my own towels ready. Then the massage was only in the front side of my body and she spent an inordinate amount of time on my forearms. The technique was also very light. I was shocked when she said I didn’t need to turn over as the lymph’s are only in your front or behind your knees. None of the backs of my legs, back or waist were massaged to drain the fluid. If you add to this the lack of heated blanket, this was a chilly and frustrating experience which was more expensive than a salon, but I ended up with three towels to wash. Not recommended.

So relaxing. Cris is so great and I always feel so much better after it.

Having had lymphatic drainage previously I was hoping the masseuse would be informative and give feedback- the massage was good but it really lacked the “wow” factor especially as I’d booked the 90 minute session

Cris is very professional and really takes the time and effort to provide an enjoyable and beneficial lymphatic massage. My face and body feel and look better after her expertise, it’s relaxing also.

When I booked my vaser liposuction surgery my surgeon recommended a course of 8 lymphatic drainage massages to be completed within the first 2 weeks post-op to speed up my recovery. Living just outside London it was more difficult to find an experienced professional who was comfortable with performing post-op massages, and then I found Healing Shapers. Not only do they specialise in post-op massages but can do this within the comfort of your own home. I can’t put into words what a difference this has made to my recovery.

Every interaction whether on email and with my therapist Lilianna has been a pleasure. Emails are answered quickly and with care, questions are answered with compassion and expertise. They are passionate and knowledgeable but in a very kind and non-judgmental way.

Lilianna is a huge asset to Healing Shapers; she is kind, supportive and reassuring, it’s been very comforting seeing her over the last 2 weeks. Her knowledge of seeing other post-op patients meant she could reassure me that I was healing well, and that incision sites, bruising, swelling and drains all looked right. She is a very gentle, warm and kind person, who is supportive and able to give advice without coming across as demanding or judgemental. I would recommend Healing Shapers to anyone undergoing surgery and I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

I had the BEST experience with Healing Shapers - the booming process was effortless and the communication leading up to the appointment when I had questions was wonderful. Sarah was my therapist and she was AMAZING! She was warm and friendly and offered up tons of helpful information on how I can reduce bloating my day to day.
