This was my first hair transplant procedure, and from the very beginning, my experience with Heal’n was excellent. I was initially in contact with Dr. Aya, who provided exceptional service and was extremely attentive to all of my questions and concerns, especially since I was traveling internationally from New York City for the procedure.

The pricing was very competitive, and Dr. Aya also provided me with the necessary documentation regarding Dr. Haytham Salem’s professional credentials, which gave me additional reassurance about the legitimacy of the process. She remained attentive throughout every stage and continuously checked in with me to make sure my travel to Cairo went smoothly.

The transportation arrangements were also seamless. Airport transportation was offered, and on the day of the procedure, I was picked up from my hotel and transported to the clinic. Heal’n also arranged for a companion to assist me throughout the experience, including helping with any potential language barriers, which made the entire process much more comfortable.

During my consultation, Dr. Salem was punctual, professional, and thorough. He and his staff were knowledgeable, personable, and welcoming throughout every step of the procedure. They explained the process clearly and created a very comfortable environment, which was especially important to me as a first-time patient.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Heal’n, Dr. Aya, Dr. Salem, and the entire team. From the communication and transportation to the consultation and procedure itself, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Heal’n to anyone considering a hair transplant, especially international patients who may have concerns about traveling abroad for a top-tier procedure.

From my own experience as a traveler having the opportunity to visit many countries around the world, i really got a great time with Heal’N since my arrival in Cairo on 6/8/26-7/17/26.
They picked me on time at the airport. after a brief meeting with them présentent my needs and the objecta of my visits, they immediately took necessary measures to provide me with a detailed specific visit plans, meeting my expectations. i really appreciated this because as a foreigner being in a new place without any clue about locations, directions or accurate informations about what you need or places you need and how to get there on time is really challenging especially with langage barriere. I was very happy that they took all these stressfull issues off me.

I need to be honest and say, I was really scared of doing IVF/ICSI abroad and was concerned about any hidden cost or poor care. I did ALOT of research before chosing Heal’n. From the start by querying till now, I must say I am very impressed with this company. They took care of us and provided a personal service. Coming from England I was concerned about alot of issue, but I have no complaints so far. No hidden cost, The staff are friendly, helpful and 24/7 supportive. They are there for you and support you through the full experience. They have done everything they can to try to help me get concieve and have tried different methods compared to the uk. I am hopeful!

From my initial discovery contact to learn more about the medical service & procedure ( mainly weight loss then agreed to be Gastric Plication), to the doctor interaction, hospital experience (admission, cleanliness, and professional staff), and post surgery doctor's and nutritionist continuous guidance & follow up, it was simply an amazing experience. Not to mention the great Sakkara Pyramid tour as well as Pyramids of Giza tour & breakfast.

I had a good experience with Heal'n. Originally, I was travelling to Egypt on holiday and investigated hair transplants there by google search. I used a medical tourism site and was contacted swiftly by Dr Nouran, who explained the procedure and the price which was great. I holidayed in Sharm El Sheik first and had my consultation online before that trip when I arrived in Cairo. I came back after my trip and was welcomed by the CEO, Ahmed who picked me up at my Cairo hotel. I had the procedure which went smoothly and opted for their hotel package, which was good quality accomodation in New Cairo. They also assigned me an English speaking assistant called Omar who really helped me. My surgery was done by Dr Haitham Salem who has a good command of English and answered any questions and did the surgery well. I was pleased with all of their help and assistance, and they gave me a package of medications, a neck pillow, a charger and sim card, as well as buying breakfast. I definitely recommend staying at the hotel near the clinic for a few days' rest. I am now at the 12-day point after the procedure, so I am awaiting the full result, which will come in a number of months, but things are looking good. I would like to thank the team, Ahmed, Omar, Dr Haitham Salem, and the other medical staff who helped me. Also, Dr Nouran for keeping in touch and caring about my progress on a daily basis by WhatsApp. I definitely recommend this company, which went above and beyond expectations for a good price. Thank you all.
