I am currently using the multi nutrient Health and Her. I am on week 3. I stopped my probiotics and digestive enzymes. Barely had any major bloating, sleeping amazing, brain fog is slowly getting better and waiting to see if weight gets better. So far I am very happy with this product. I am also 44. 45 in October 2025.

Started raking health and her tablets for perimenopause.

No reactions for me, so all good, my periods were coming 4 to 5 days early every single month, I'm 42 July... I've literally came on today, exactly 1 month from last date so seems to have regulated that, hopefully it continues.

It hasn't given me energy, if anything I'm more tired, taking naps in afternoons and hardly keeping eyes open at night which is something I never do. But I will carry on taking them.

Took a while but yes! These absolutely work.

Well feeling like rubbish low moods , had migraines for the last 5 years due to hormones fluctuating before period and omg wow, this medication has stopped my migraines!!! I cant tell you how this has altered my life for the better thankyou so much!

I only booked the 15 minute free consultation out of interest, but I wasn't really expecting too much other than which Health and Her products to use in more of a sales pitch - BOY, WAS I WRONG! Helen was compassionate and hugely knowledgeable on all things menopause. Before that call I was terrified of living with this new, hormone induced,crippling anxiety, but after that call I genuinely feel educated, much calmer knowing there are things out there that can help me and things I can do to love and support my body. I began having intense perimenopause symptoms and it was effecting my daily life. I wasn’t really sure what was happening to me with the brain fog, mood swings, fatigue, weight gain out of no where. I was struggling. And after taking the Perimenopause Multi Nutrient Support Supplement for 2 full weeks I actually feel the improvement in my mental and physical health. I honestly feel this product has brought me back to feeling like my old self after feeling like I was losing my mind. So grateful I found this product and it really works. Thank you!

Helped my palpitations & flushes pretty quickly. It was the palpitations that really frightened me and awful hot flushes. I have noticed the palpitations have pretty much disappeared and hot flushes are occasional rather than every 15 minutes. I've also combined these tablets with a nutritious diet and cut alcohol right down. Stopped drinking wine and coffee as these triggered palpitations.

these help so much with hot flushes, my skin and and very slightly mood but my god the heartburn from them is horrendous like having pure acid. I had to stop taking them as the heartburn was unbearable and I very rarely suffer heartburn, but the hot flushes came back with a vengeance, so I'm stuck between a rock and hard place with them. I'm back on them cos they are 5* for hot flushes but I'm now going through the pink heartburn liquid like water, catch 22🤦

I gave it four months on the health & her menopause supplements but the night sweats actually got worse if anything and pain levels worse so that was a waste of money. Drinking sage tea did more for the night sweats than they ever did and a hell of a lot cheaper.

Took it for three days. Had headache each day after having it. Customer service said it could be ginseng. But they won't give refund. Found that quite poor service. But they were good for general advice. Spent time telling me which other things may help and suggested other brands too which was very helpful. I do wish they would refund the one I bought however that would be good service. As lot of other companies like cytoplan and wild nutrition do give refunds even if it's opened and if you find it doesn't suit you. I didn't have any health issue that would cause headaches. As well as my benign goitre which was not an issue for the ingredients in their supplement. I would not recommend the item for this reason as it will be expensive if it doesn't suit you as you would need to bin it.

Haare und Nägel definitiv im Wachstumschub und ich bin ausgeglichener und fühle mich besser. Was man besser machen könnte? Ich wollte gerade nachbestellen, aber leider ausverkauft und nur noch auf Amazon verfügbar. Sehr schade.

Thus far the supplements are worth the money. However, I didn't realize it was being shipped from the UK - outside of the shipping time, I got my money's worth
