I have NOT received an email concerning my order, nor have I received it !!

I have not received my order yet. Nor did I receive notification that it was on backorder when I placed the order. I am very disappointed in this company.

There was a technical error with my order that held it up but customer service fixed swiftly. Makes me happy because I really like how the product makes me feel.

My first order went smooth, and I love the product. The second one was placed weeks ago and I have no updates on shipping or tracking. I contacted the phone line and they were no help. They sent an email to someone that wrote the tracking will be provided when amazon receives it. However, I still don't know if its even left the main facility. I am very dissapointed

Hi I ordered in Nov and I'm still waiting for them paid the import duty as well still haven't come

I've been taking these for 2 months and so far I've noticed a significant improvement in my hot flushes. I also feel much more alert and energetic. I haven't noticed an improvement in my sugar cravings or my perimenopause bloating. I also still can't lose any weight. Maybe I need to give these a little longer but I'm not too hopeful. I've given 4 stars as I'm happy they've helped in some way.

Just finished my first bottle of Perminopause . Honestly I feel amazing. Feel less bloated, less angry and coping with life better. Energy levels are up as well. Have much more fun with the kids. I was so sceptical and hate these kind of comments as you don't always think they are real. Already have my 2nd bottle.

I started taking these after reading some of the numeous good reviews, and with the hope it might help with my ever increasing perimenopause symptoms and annoyances.

The good news is they definitely helped in some ways. Almost immediately after taking the first pill with lunch, I noticed I had less brain fog and more energy for the afternoon which was great. I continued to take 2 pills as directed for the next few days but unfortunately the side effects for me just got worse and worse. For me, namely these were near contstant heart palpitations and a marked increase in my general anxiety levels. I felt very stressed for no reason. My hot flushes also became worse and more frequent.

I stopped taking the pills for a week or so until I went back to normal and then tried again as I wanted to see if I could still enjoy the positive benefits, maybe with only taking 1 pill a day. Unfortunately the negative side effects started again almost immediately after taking so I just stopped completely.

They obvously don't agree with me.

Health and Her has been an absolute game changer for me. I was getting very depressed, poor sleep, hot flushes and fatigue during the day. Since taking the Menopause plus and sleep supplements for the past 2 months, I'm not experiencing any of these symptoms at all. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent product. Really made a difference.

These were bought for both of my daughters. Both feel tablets have helped especially with brain fog. Thank you.

The shipping was fast which was greatly appreciated since I really needed the product. Since I have been taking it my mood has stabilized and I feel a lot better. I will continue to take it and buy it every month.

The reviews are right, these tablets are amazing, I've been having right sided rib pain and pins and needles in my toes and they have gone.

Close to give 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ if was using it longer sure will have more effects on my sleep.
So far (2 weeks ) def sleeping bit easier& deeper and waking up feeling refreshed.

I have been using the perimenopause supplements (biome and the multi nutrition) for a month now and I have to say, they have completely changed me. I was suffering with low mood, very fatigued, hot flushes and night sweats and a lot of weight gain, and generally feeling meh. After about 3 weeks I've been getting compliments on how my mood is great, I have tons more energy and have found myself eating a lot better and not reaching out for takeaways and comfort food. My mind feels clearer after really bad brain fog. I thought I was going mad and couldn't find anything that would get me out of that funk.

I just need to work on my sleep, my sleep is usually disturbed in the night so will add the sleep supplements to my daily routine and hope they deliver similar results.
