First time trying sea moss and chose the tablets. Been on them now for a couple weeks, still early days, but happy with them. Service from Health & Holistics has been great.

Ordered three bars of Oat’So Fresh with some trepidation given the price, and scepticism that I would in fact be able to use it on my face.

I use the exfoliating soap bag that came with the order. It lathers up nicely, smells gorgeous, and I have been able to use it on my face without it reacting or feeling tight afterwards. Very impressed, and I won’t be going back to shower gel. Great customer service too.

Edited to lose two stars as they have been rather disingenuous re the ingredients and their claims that the soap is natural. The melt and pour soap base? The link to its ingredients is in the website listing. I’m not allowed to post it here but it ain’t pretty.

The soap is far from cheap so although I like it I won’t be buying it again.

Have used the Original sea moss capsules for around 8 weeks now and have noticed improvements to digestive and skin health, as well as energy and libido. Recommended product with fast shipping and caring customer service.

Bought a jar of Shilajit resin & powder. Both are what I hoped for and doesn'thave the horrible electric wire smell or taste. The only thing is the website doesn't say about the other one being in powder form. So I ordered the resin later. I compared the resin to my son-in-laws' (who told me about shilajits benefits) which he had from a different company and it looks, smells and tastes like it should. I have mine in warmed natural fruit juice so I don't get the earthy taste. So far so good. I read reviews about the postage. I got my order shipment on both and for the resin, I got my email on 23th March and a dispatch one on 24th March and received my jar a week later. Both were received a week after ordering. I was a little sceptical taking it (resin) however I've had no side-effect and hoping it does what it should for my hair and we'll being.

The power Seamoss was absolutely amazing. Iv used it on my face, neck and hands as a mask and also been having it in hot water in the mornings.

Love the products and packaging is really well thought out

Three weeks in and I’m sleeping better with more energy all day. Suspect it’s also responsible for my ‘Genius’ scores in the NYT Spelling Bee!!

Soaps smell amazing and very beneficial for the skin.

The gel leaves my face feeling super soft, but my favourite is the oat soap which makes such a rich lather. Communications on delivery delays when demand is high were excellent.

My wife has suffered with sorosis on her neck for a long time and use a multitude of different creams and medications but since useing the sea moss soap her condition has improved significantly we also use the gel has a face mask and this is showing benefits already after only two weeks a great product will be purchasing more to use has a beverage thankyou

I have been taking sea moss supplements for about 3 weeks now and I definitely feel a difference in my energy levels and mood. It seems like a great company and I’m very happy to support them. First of all i love their sea moss soaps. I ordered 2 different ones and my family absolutely loves them.
Secondly their customer service is fab.

Never heard of sea moss until seeing their pitch on Dragon's Den. I've been taking the full spectrum sea moss capsules for almost 4 weeks and have already noticed an improvement in the appearance and texture of my hair (which has gone thin and limp in menopause). My skin looks better too. Hopefully, more results to follow with continued use.
I ordered right after the programme aired when sales will have spiked, their communication was great and I'm really happy with my experience.

I was worried that the seamoss would have a strange flavour but it didn’t at all, it was lovely and really easy to implement each day. With my order I got sent a free seamoss soap and that was great, my skin has been glowing and more moisturised. Would definitely recommend health and holistics.

I don't think I have ever used such beautiful creamy soap. It lathers beautifully and my skin felt like peach skin after use, so velvety. I shall certainly be buying some more.

Fast delivery and a free sample bar of soap along with the sea moss tablets. The soap smelled lovey! The tablets seem quality, I have subscribed so I can have a monthly supply. Already feeling more alert, so a very promising couple of weeks (since starting)

Placed order 4 weeks ago, no sign of it and no response from company

Saw this product on Dragons Den and thought I would give it a go as there looked so many health benefits to it. I’ve been using it a few weeks and not only does it taste really good in a smoothie, I’m definitely noticing some benefits from using the Sea Moss Gel! Have just purchased another jar of the Energy Sea Moss Gel and will likely try some other products soon!
