I have ordered casein protein, the product is not delivered on time, i keep on talking to customer care and calling them, but no proper solution other than sorry and wait for 24-48 hours to resolve, so far my product is not delivered, as per their website the product is arrived at the location, but not delivered, Please dont trust this company and loose your hard earned money , I am almost losing my money and request for cancellation, but customer serivce says that wait for 24-48 hours it will resolve,

I had a very disappointing experience with HealthKart.

I ordered MuscleBlaze Creatine Monohydrate OP, but they delivered a completely different variant (CreAMP). This is clearly a wrong product delivery.

I contacted customer support immediately. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept asking me to wait 24–48 hours repeatedly. After waiting for 6 days, they simply denied refund/replacement without any proper reason.

The product sent also had very short shelf life (near expiry), which was never disclosed at the time of purchase.

This shows:
• careless packaging
• poor customer support
• zero accountability
• no respect for customers’ time or money

If a company cannot even send the correct product and then refuses refund, how can customers trust them?

First and last purchase from HealthKart. I strongly recommend buyers to be careful before ordering.

Really frustrating experience, I ordered their biotin yesterday and received an open and used package. No customer support provided

Damaged item delivered and upon asking for a solution, customer support agent asked for numerous photos after which I got told to wait for 1-2 days. I did a pre-payment for the order and now I am stuck with no solution and a damaged shaker which is not even my fault!

Health kart should not give false commitments for delivery TAT. In current fast pace growing world they are taking 10-11 days to deliver a product.

Best Packaging. Would choose HK over Amazon and Flipkart.

They do not take returns even if the product they got delivered is damaged.
It took me 2 weeks and lot of arguments to get my product returned.
Yet to see if they make a refund.
They are very very shameless. You cant talk to their staff.
There online chat never help. They simply says the same thing again and again that is they regret the inconvenience caused and direct to contact via email.
On email they are again very shameless and dont help and keep making some silly excused and makes you wait for many days and multiple followups to reply back.

Very expensive
You can get same product from physical store for cheap
