I've subscribed to their text alerts after purchase, but decided the product just wasn't for me so I've opted out of future texts. I've replied STOP to about 10 messages already but they keep sending me texts.

Customer service has always been really on top of things until this last order. I've probably spent a couple thousand dollars over the last year or two. I ordered a few cinnamon flavored pens with one watermelon. The minute I got my package I opened it up. Everything was good except the watermelon pen. There was a chip in the white cap that your put your mouth over and product had leaked out so much that it had actually discolored large portions of the pen. Within 10 min of the delivery notice, I'd emailed them asking for a replacement. I included photos. This was on Facebook. Two weeks later? Radio silence. So, I sent an email. Over another week later? Radio silence. At 20 dollars plus tax per pen, you don't get to ignore the lack of quality control and give me something I can't safely use. I actually realized it after trying to use it and getting an oily substance on my lips that made my lip go numb. Very unhappy.

Sent me a defective vape and tried to charge me for one I didn't order. Still never received the replacement ya'll promised me. I hate I can no longer do business with healthvape.

I've been really happy with my HealthVape experience so far. I've tried 3 of the pens (chocolate, mango, lavender), and I really liked all of the flavors and can't wait to try more. I also really like the peace of mind that comes with knowing I'm not putting anything harmful into my body. The only complaint I would have is that the effort required to inhale from each pen was a little inconsistent. The chocolate and mango were both fairly easy, but the lavender required quite a bit more effort for some reason. Maybe it was a fluke--who knows? Regardless, I will definitely be purchasing again.

The company's products are fine. Shipping took a bit longer than expected.

My main issue with HealthVape is their marketing team. They reached out to me with an email stating that if I responded with feedback about the product I had purchased and what I'd be excited to purchase next, they'd send me a $30 gift card.

I responded, and yet haven't heard back in almost 3 months now.

The website was easy to navigate, products was in stock and on sale, and check out went smooth.

HealthVape helped me quit smoking marijuana daily! It's perfect alternative where I still get the smoking cessation and vapor but with benefits like vitamin b12 and melatonin which have also helped me through my withdrawal symptoms. 10/10

The experience of vaping a healthy vape is better. I don't have to worry about harsh chemicals going into my body. The vitamins and ingredients, make the vapes better for you and you can focus, have energy or simply get the vitamins you need. I would definitely recommend it.

My experience was honestly great! I ordered the strawberry flavored vitamin B12 vape and it lasted a good while. The flavor was really nice too it wasn't too sweet. Overall, it’s a solid 10/10, I’ll definitely be ordering another one soon!

My honest opinion about Health vape is it's a smashing success!! I recently ordered a melatonin vape due to me having issues falling asleep and how bad my anxiety was. Healthy vape not only helps me to stop smoking nicotine but they also have helped me to stop smoking weed. This vape the melatonin lavender that I tried was amazing! It calmed nerves and it provided me with a overwhelming sense of relaxation. I most definitely plan to order from the brand again. This time I will order B12 strawberries. Based from what I can see everything that they advertise and describe in their brand is true. My daughter has not had any seizures since me trying this brand nor does it have a negative effect on her. I am a breastfeeding mom so it's very hard for me to do anything outside of the box because it can absolutely affect her. Hands down this is the brand that all breastfeeding moms should go to if they are having issues quitting nicotine or trying to find some other fix. I have loved the fact that the vapor is water based and that it has no heavy metals in it which puts my mind at ease knowing that I can trust a brand with not only the health of my own body but also my daughter's health. My daughter is 15 months so it is very important to ensure that the products I inhale are safe and won’t have adverse side effects to my child while I breast feed. This company is evolutionary when it comes to brining health factors into vaping, while helping many get over there nicotine addictions and weed smoking to vaping that will enhance how they feel and lower their anxiety, stress, and genuinely soothe their urge to smoke with out it being detrimental to their body.

I’ve ordered twice now from healthvape and I love these vapes as an alternative to smoking. They don’t leave a residue in the mouth, I don’t feel guilty using them because of the vitamin content and they ship super quickly! Definitely recommend for those trying to quit smoking but still need something to do with their hands!
