I have been a customer of Hearing life for awhile now. I started with this location in my early 60's Ily is the first person you are greeted with,always with a smile and wonderful attitude. She makes me feel great when I come in. Any issues that arise with my Hearing aids she's so knowledgeable which she answers my questions and always solve my issues with an up beat spirit of genuine love for what she does on a daily basis. I truly enjoy her helping for I know I will be satisfied to the fullest. She's a great worker and makes my experience more enjoyable when I go in. Facility is always neat and clean. I have had a wonderful experience with Sharon, the Allergist. My overall health has changed since starting my allergy shots. I have gone from 2 years of constant sickness to being healthy. She goes above and beyond when treating her patients. I have picked up so many tips from her on how to live with allergies. I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient for over 10 years and have had three different hearing aids over that period of time. Dr. Sherri and Dr. Mark have over the years addressed every situation that I have had. Everybody in the office is patient, understanding, The doctors are exceptionally knowledgeable audiologists who are current with modern technology and are a pleasure to deal with.

I have been wearing hearing aids for over 40 years. Professional Speech and Hearing Specialists are the first group I have been with who have helped me to finally hear things I haven’t heard in over 40 years. They are so knowledgeable about their products, caring, and helpful. I was with Dr. Lindsey today and she taught me some things I was struggling to do! I will never go back to a hearing specialist because I actually knew more about how the hearing aids worked than they knew. Before that (30 years ago), I was turned off by audiologists because they only did a hearing test and ordered the hearing aids. Then, when I had a problem, they never had any answers, but sent them back to the factory usually costing around $300 unless they were still under warranty. The problem usually wasn’t solved! This is the first time I have come across audiologists who understood the workings of the hearings aids. I hope to continue working with the audiologists at Professional Speech and Hearing Specialists for the rest of my life. Thank you Dr. Lindsey!

John Goik with Mobile Hearing Aids in Copley, Ohio has been a God send in helping me getting hearing aids. He has always been very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I have gotten my hearing aids from him for three years and have always been happy with them.

Dennis at Hearing Life in Edina, MN is concerned that hearing is easy to obtain. Price is a factor for me. I took the recommendation and I am very happy with my Oticon Hearing Aids. Reception is kind, professional and friendly too.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with Lockport New York 670 Davison Road Went for my hearing test and new hearing aid on June 29, 2023 believe it or not still don't have my hearing aid January 30, 2024!

Janet is a great hearing aid adviser who is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The front staff is equally friendly and helpful. Great service!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PARKVILLE LOCATION. I am still waiting for my hearing aids to be programmed. Three weeks and still just sitting there waiting. If I could I would give them NO STARS.

Appointment was on time! Hearing specialist was very helpful!

My ENT referred me to Dr Ratliff for a routine hearing test. Results indicated a hearing loss in both ears and recommended hearing devices which I had not anticipated. Dr Ratliff recognized my anxiety, spent considerable time educating me, programmed and placed the devices right away. She prepared me for what to expect, to call anytime with concerns and scheduled a follow up appointment. I kept thinking—surely she has other appointments that are waiting.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Was in and out within 15 minutes. Both hearing aids were repaired. I was impressed and happy.

Jill Cardinal was thorough in examining my hearing. She took the time to explain the test before-hand, during and after including the results. The front desk person is very friendly as well. These ladies understand what great customer service is all about. I recommend them.

Trish & Mark at the Hearing Life Center in Rockingham, NC, have such joyful, caring attitudes. They truly care about helping their clients. I took my mother for her annual hearing test today and we were greeted by these two caring people, they are the best! If I had to give them a rating it would be “excellent”!
