The same product was much cheaper at Chemist Warehouse in town that purchasing from here . $45 for the tablets with Healthylife vs $26.99 locally. Very disappointing and I will not be supporting them for future.

This is a great company. I've ordered from them many times and the shipping is very fast, usually it comes the next day. One thing I like is when an item is out of stock, they don't hound you for a substitution like some companies do, which delays the order. They simply refund and send it straight away.

Prompt delivery, which is what I needed! And I'm especially impressed that there was not a skerrick of plastic in their excellent packaging - thanks for that!

Recently bought some pharmaceutical medicine from Healthylife.com.au after comparing different online options and checking reviews to see if its legit. All good, delivered on time and long expiry date. WIll use again

Just a warning to check expiry dates on any supplements purchased from this company. I purchased Green Nutritionals Astaxanthin 12mg from Healthy life around 3 weeks ago and have been taking them every ever since. Today I just happened to notice that the expiry date on the jar was almost 8 years out of date. Yes that's right these capsules I'd been taking expired in 2018! What a massive breach of consumer trust. This is absolutely appalling! I have emailed the company and will be waiting to see how they can explain this. I also expect a full refund and am seriously considering reporting them as who knows how widespread this practise is for them. So buyer beware and if you purchase anything from these guys check the expiry date first.

I only just discovered healthylife while searching for a variety of different supplements. Im impressed with their range. I like the access of information they have on every items page including information, directions and ingredients. Some other sites are messy and or have limited information. You can also use your everyday rewards and receive points. Most of the items i needed had good sales too. Delivery is super quick. I've received both my orders within 48 hours. Ill use healthylife for everything i can.

We ordered 6 tulsi boxes of peppermint teas but received 6 teas that were not peppermint.
A recent update on my original 1 star negative review, the owner of Healthy life contacted me and offered a 50 percent refund for the incorrect teas sent and that they will follow up when they have the peppermint tea in stock. Happy with this arrangement and especially the communication was very much appreciated.

I purchased 5mg Melatonin online in the belief that I would pay the advertised price. I was called the next day to advise that because I had a private prescription, the advertised price did not apply. I now understand that Melatonin is only covered by the PBS for a very limited diagnoses, which I doubt applies to many people. I consider it to be misleading to advertise a price that is a fraction of the cost that most people would have to pay.

Avoid - I booked a telly health appointment with these people thinking they could help me get my medication in order. Turns out there and give you a one month prescription. If I pay for a full long consultation I expect that I get a six month subscription. Giving me a 1-month prescription gives me the indication that you're just trying to milk more appointments out of me.

I got charged over $150 from this company that I didn’t place an order with.I contacted my bank to cancel my cc.

I bought a 2kg whey protein for 79 aud and when it arrived was a 900gr. The invoice was modified. Just to clarify i didn't sign in and bought (it's possible).

I ordered Active keto Gummies, on the website it says buy 3 get 2 free at $67.95 NZD per bottle. However I was charged for all 5 bottles. When I called and talked to Mary, she tried to fob off the overcharge and explain it away! The worst experience I have ever had and I work in customer service. Apparently you can't cancel the order once it is in progress and they are only refunding me $105 NZD when it should actually be $135.90 NZD ... Where is your intergrity so I am now out of pocket $30.90. Really NOT impressed! how many other poor people are you ripping off. Also Mary when someone asks you NOT to call them Madame don't call them Madame ! so rude! I would expect at the very least to be refunded the actual money you over changed me NOT just $105.00 come on guys do the right thing here.

So I order 3 boxes of protein bars. they kept in good contact, telling me when my order was packed up and ready to be shipped, they told me when it was be dispatched so far so good. 5 days later on the day of my delivery I received a text telling me my order was being delivered that day. I thought perfect. Then later that morning I received an email telling me that they didn’t have all the items i had ordered and that they would refund me which will take up to 10 business days. At no point during the previous correspondence did they mention they didn’t have what I ordered. If they had I would have happily change the out of stock items for something else. Very unprofessional. I won’t be a returning customer.
