Hi Fiona, I've taken a look into this, and can see you ordered some heavily discounted stock which was on special as it was close to expiry. I'm sorry this came as a surprise, but really glad our team issued a 50% refund back to you. We want the absolute best experience for our Mums, so I've shared this internally and we'll do our best to make sure this doesn't happen again.

It's easy and affordable, with a great range of exercises and recipes in the app.
Oh and the best part. Buying their products at my local Woolworths..

Hi Sonya, we are sorry to see this. Our tech team is working on a new App which will be more user friendly. However, I'd love to help, we have hundreds of great workouts which don't need equipment as well. Please contact me on support@thehealthymummy.com and I'll do my best to help you make the most of it.
