I ordered this a long time before our vacation. We’ve been in Hawaii for 2 weeks and it must be sitting in my house. My neighbors have been bringing in our mail. I haven’t seen it myself to rate if I like it. Service was slow!

I followed their measuring chart specifically and it didn’t work. They are way too big, and they don’t seem to explain how to return it anywhere or even if they will return them..… if this is the actual company who was in charge of sending me my two bras please email me how to return them. But with all that being said, there are very nice and soft and lovely and I wish it did fit. so I would like to exchange them as the size chart said 4x … but Clearly the ones I need are a 3X thank you.

Absolutely horrible!!! Don’t do it! My outfit took over a month to get to me even when I paid for expedited shipping. Tracking info they sent was absolutely no help and neither was customer service. When I did finally receive my item, the color was supposed to be maroon and it was bright red instead. I’m currently trying to get a refund. Let’s see how that goes. Ugh

Beautiful piece of jewelry well made. The company tracking was spot on, the time from order to delivery was longer than I expected, but the item was coming from overseas. I would order from them again.

The necklace is pretty, and the purchase price of item itself was reasonable. What I found absolutely *horrible* was the additional import tariff that was tacked onto the price tag! There was NO DISCLOSURE that the item being sold was shipping from outside the US and would be subject to an import tariff that was almost as much as the purchase price until AFTER my card was charged!!!

I originally ordered 4 items, but only received 1. After several emails explaining my problem, they finally sent the other 3 items. I had a difficult time getting them to understand that I didn’t have a problem with the product, only that they didn’t send the amount I ordered. It was obvious I was not dealing with people who were English-speaking (as their first language).

Stitching is shoddy with many loose threads. Normally I wear XL but this blouse is twice as big as I am! Not impressed. Seems like they don't like returns, either.

It was an easy process for ordering and the delivery was completed in a timely manner.

This was perfect gift and arrived in a timely manner.

If I could say 0 stars I would. They send items nothing like the picture, if you want to return the item they ignore all emails. If you contact PayPal they protect the seller who uses multiple emails to cover their tracks. They are a complete fraud!!!!! Then to get your money back paypal asks the item be returned to China which costs more than the item!!!! PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM HEAPBULB.COM or you will be very sorry

I liked the suntan it gave me but the problem is that it comes off on my bed sheets and my clothes. I scrubbed to get it off and it took two showers with loofah sponges and rough rags to remove it! Color was pretty but my sheets were light green and i could not bleach them. I washed them three times before I removed it. If it stuck to the skin and did not rub off, I would purchase again.
