Hinal was incredibly empathetic and understood my issue straight away. She kindly arranged a same-day consultation by staying beyond working hours. During my first visit, she removed the wax effectively and remained professional throughout. She showed me before-and-after camera images, explained aftercare clearly, and shared helpful daily prevention advice.

Had arranged a home visit for 10:00hrs. Hinal was punctual (actually early), set everything up and explained the process. We decided on irrigation rather than microsuction.
Throughout the cleaning process, Hinal kept checking to ensure everything was OK.
Highly recommend this service and especially in the comfort of your own home.

Excellent service. Cleaned both ears in a professional manner and I can now hear really well.
I was also shown how much wax was built up on the camera (before the procedure) and the before and after pictures show the thorough clean that was performed on both my ears. Highly recommend Hear Clean if you would like your ear was removed.

Hinal was great and made me feel at ease when checking my ears, which did not end up needing any wax extraction! She shows you exactly what she sees through the camera and assesses whether it is worth removing any wax or not. She doesn’t do any unnecessary removals, so you should feel safe in her hands!

Excellent experience. My ears had been blocked for months now. My GP had referred me to ENT and I am still waiting for an appointment from them 4 months later hence I got fed up and decided to go private to sort this out.
I then came across ‘Hear Clean’ who carried out the ‘Irrigation’ procedure on me and relieved me from my pain in a matter of minutes.

Got my 15 yr old and my mum's ear suctioning done, Hinal was very patient and listened to our problem and the procedure was done very professionally and my mom saw it on the screen which eased her anxiety. Highly recommended if u r looking for ear microsuction done
