This business made me feel very comfortable and relaxed for my appointment. I was not very confident in the process in my diagnosis but they began the appointment and proved me wrong. I made the appointment to help with my tinnitus not believing that it would but somehow it did and I am so grateful.

The whole staff is so professional and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and that all your needs are met. The doctor is wonderful and spends as much time as necessary to understand your hearing needs. Then runs test and make adjustments to make sure that your hearing devices are working optimally for your hearing needs. Never feel rushed. Such a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

My recent visit to Hearing and Brain Center of America reminded me why getting hearing aids over 20 years ago was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Before coming here, I had hearing aids from a big box store that only amplified noise instead of helping me hear the specific sounds I struggled with. Once I switched and had my hearing aids fine-tuned to my exact needs, everything changed. My new hearing aids help me hear the letters and sounds I miss, and I can switch between settings like “focus forward” for restaurants and a “hear all” mode for everyday life. As a teacher in a gym with young children, I also love that they automatically soften loud, high-pitched noises so they don’t hurt my ears.

Before hearing aids, I avoided going out and having conversations because I couldn’t understand people and felt embarrassed constantly asking them to repeat themselves. Now I feel confident again.

I also deeply appreciate that Hearing and Brain Center of America tests for cognitive decline. With a family history of Alzheimer’s and a mother currently in memory care, this gives me incredible peace of mind.

I am beyond grateful for their care, technology, and expertise, and I highly recommend Hearing and Brain Center of America.

Just got my new hearing aids. I gave them 4 stars since I've not had any results yet. The doctor and receptionist are wonderful, kind efficient and very helpful.

So far, the company (staff) has done a very good job getting me set up, tested and adjusted as needed. I understand that this process takes some time but I have high hopes that this will curb the ‘noise’ and get my hearing back to what it was -NO INTERFERENCE!!

I started wearing hearing aids a year ago, and I'm pleased with how they have helped! Chelli and Taya were great from my very first meeting and with the follow-ups. They explained well about how the ears and the brain work together, and learned a lot from the computer graphics showing what my hearing situation was/is. And I appreciate the periodic cleaning without an appointment!

Hearing and Brain Center in Bountiful is staffed by the most welcoming, empathetic people one could hope for! I am a musician and a live sound professional, and they took that into account as they programmed my aids. The after care is remarkable. They always have time and patience for my needs and questions.
