Quick and easy microsuction
I visited The Hearing Centre at Market Harborough with deafness as a result of impacted wax caused by inserting my hearing aids into the ear canal. Microsuction by Ben was quick, easy and my hearing was soon restored to (my) normal.
I was impressed by his sympathetic attitude, friendliness and professionalism. Everything was clearly explained and it was helpful to see the live images on-screen before and after to see what was done. Highly recommended.
The centre is just a short walk from The Commons cark park which makes it handy.

Excellent service ; easy to book. Staff all very friendly but professional. Had ear wax in both ears removed without any pain and with good advice for ongoing ear care. Have been before and will go again!

Excellent
I was slightly apprehensive regarding my appointment as I've never had a hearing problem before. The receptionist was very friendly when I booked in making me feel more relaxed. Helen was exceptional in explaining everything that she was doing throughout the whole procedure. I couldn't thank her enough as after months of being unable to hear in one ear it was all rectified.
Would definitely recommend.

Treatment - Earwax removal
Found the staff to be very informative and professional in their approach. Clearly demonstrated the problem and then treated it.
The noise from the suction system was the same as always but that was the extent of the sensation during treatment.
Would I go back - yes

Had over 20 years of wax build up in…
Had over 20 years of wax build up in one ear following a brain operation and fearful of messing around with my ears. I’ve been feeling really unwell the last few months and lost some hearing, a quick check and the issue was really hard wax build up that sent me virtually deaf. I’m so relieved now and can hear again! Lady who did it was amazing and the reception staff great too.

Very pleased with my experience
Very pleased with my experience. Booking online was easy, and reception when I arrived friendly and pleasant. The audiologist, Helen, was very pleasant, explained the procedure clearly, and checked the medical declarations I had made. She then examined my ears and confirmed they were blocked with wax. She then asked me if I would like to see, and on my agreement inserted a camera and I could see clearly the wax blocking my ear canal. Helen told me if at any time the procedure became noisy or if I felt any discomfort at all to let her know and she would stop. I didn't feel any discomfort and after the procedure she used the camera again so I could see the result, and explained what I was seeing all the way to my ear drum. The facility was spotless.
