Do not buy from this company. I was reeled in by their Facebook advert. Believed the UK shipping and easy refund promise! All blatant lies. The hearing aids wouldn't even fit into my ears so no idea of quality, you have to pay nearly £20 to return, glad i didn't as it looks like the refund would never have happened, or in my case i accepted the offer of 50% refund which of course has still not been received. SCAM!

Total scam. Do not buy these. Tried to return but it would cost over £20 to send to China. Not a UK based company. All email replies are AI. Waste of money.

Poor product. Awful background hiss, non-directional - just amplifiers noise.
'Elena' at 'customer service' just spews 'I'm sorry - but NO' in it's various forms - and any returns have to be sent to China at exclusively expensive postal charges.
Don't go near this company with a barge-Pole. Charlatans!

I wouldn’t give them any stars. We sent the hearing aids back months ago, they have confirmed they have them but still no refund! Weekly emails sent and the same reply back, backlog with accounts…. So quick to take the money but won’t give it back…. If you were thinking of purchasing from this company I would highly suggest you don’t, I believe this is a scam company

I got robbed.
Sent my aids back at a postage cost of £18 on top of cost for the hearing aids as per their instructions (the post was confirmed delivered at their address in China) and have sent over 20 emails the last 4-5 months and they keep saying be patience it wont be long for a refund and guess what. No refund and now they have shut down the email address. Absolutely appalling behaviour. I just hope they do not trade under a new company name on Facebook because they can repeat this shabby business again if they do. I have learnt from this to be very wary from companies advertising on Facebook and why did they let this company advertise on there platform!!! It raises looks of questions.

These at first wre great but doon stopped charging and if u have any warranty issues yiu have to return item to China at your own expense their "customer service " is dreadful phone on site no longer works DONT BUY

I had been struggling since May to either get a replacement for the hearing aid that arrived damaged or a full refund if they paid for the return postage.. They tried the usual ‘part refund to keep the item’ nonesence but a non working hearing aid is of absolutely no use to me. Over the last 3 months they have also offered a replacement hearing aid for the damaged one plus a prepaid label to return the faulty one - and a full refund with a prepaid label to return both. Neither arrived.
I believe everyone deals with ‘Elena’ who is very polite and understanding - but I’ve now been informed she’s not a person - she’s a bot from Sandesk.
Once I had this information I collected together all my emails and empty promises from ‘Elena’ and contacted my my bank account. I received an immediate full refund while they ‘looked into the situation’ and a day later I received confirmation that they needed no more time to investigate - and the full refund is now permanent. So my advice to anyone having the same problem with this company (or the other similar names it calls itself ie: Hearmeluxa etc.) is to keep copies of your correspondence with them and after a reasonable length of time contact your payment bank and report them. These are TOY hearing aids, they come in a nice little case for recharging - in practice they only amplify the sound, also there is a constant hissing (echo type) noise which unfortunately renders them totally useless - after reading the returns policy I gave up and have not tried to return them. VERY disappointed with myself for buying them.

Like other customers I am waiting for a refund over 2mths they are praying on Old folk which is a disgrace, after sending it back to China at a cost I am very much out of pocket of nearly 100 pounds. What can be done.

Two months on since thus fiasco started. A £25 payment was offered as a solution to a problem. Since then I have written numerous emails and received numerous false assurances from an Elena. This company is nothing short of a con who rely on exhausting their customers so the enticer offered is never paid.

Same as others-usually so careful and fell for this scam! ‘Elena’ has promised to escalate and still no refund after 2 months. Going to try going through my bank and hope others don’t fall for the fraudsters promises of being a UK company and guaranteed refunds.

This company falsely claims to be a “UK family-run business” to gain trust. In reality, returns must be sent to China. The website is full of fake marketing and fabricated reviews. I’m currently chasing a refund, but, like many others, have been told there is a “delay.” I fear we’ve lost £70. Save yourself the hassle and your money – shop elsewhere.

Goods not fit for purpose - whatever a minority of reviews suggest. Total scam - do not be fooled.

Do NOT waste your money. These people are crooked, the products have a constant buzzing noise all the time and when you ask for the refund they promise in their ads they offer you 25%. You accept this but it never arrives and all you get is replies to your email from someone or something called Elena. Yet another unpoliced internet con. You have been warned.

Do not trust this company. Promises promises to sort out problems but never a result !
Just money down the drain

They offered a refund but after 3 months no refund has been made despite numerous promises from a person called Elena (is this an avatar AI and not a person)

I ordered 1 pair of the hearing aids on 29-04-25but they sent me 2!
When I tried them they hurt my ears so sent both sets back 22 05 25 and am still waiting for my refund, despite emailing Elena numerous times, and all her promises,that 1. She would get the accounts department to fast forward this refund and 2 she would get someone from management to contact me regarding this matter but no one has!
I would have liked to have given no stars but there is not option for that, all I would say is don’t touch this company with a barge pole !!!
