I ordered a t-shirt from Hear Our Voice company, and the quality was not good. There are white streaks on the design. I reached out to them for a "replacement" and was first told the product "met their campaign expectations and that it would not refund my money. Mind you; I just wanted to exchange it.

I sent a follow-up email and received this response from the company...

We sincerely apologize for the trouble this has caused you! Based on our policies, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for your order. However, we do see that the product you received does not match our high-quality standards.

In the interest of customer satisfaction, we would like to offer a 20% refund to your account. Please let us know if you accept this resolution so we can assist you as soon as possible. We look forward to improving your experience.

Even after admitting the quality was NOT good, they refuse to replace or fully refund the damaged product.

They claim to not offer refunds/exchanges, however, on their website it clearly states they do.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand and dropship products, replacements or refunds are provided only if the product is defective or materially different from the description on its respective site.
You must submit a claim within 14 days of the delivery date.
Shipping and handling fee are not refundable. Refund will be processed only for the unit price that applies for refund.
If there's an issue with your product, please submit a claim through our online form. You'll need your order number and the email address you used to place the order. We will use this information to look into a replacement or refund and prevent future errors. If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, we will determine which of these is more appropriate on a case-by-case basis.

With this business, If you plan to buy from this company, don't expect:

Quality material, fit true to size, good design graphics. Quick processing and shipping.

I liked that the company kept notifying me of the status of my order. I ordered a poster and it was packed in a hard cardboard box to prevent wrinkling. Also, it was shipped out immediately and arrived quickly. The poster is absolutely beautiful! Thank you!

I've ordered all of my tees from this website. Exceptional service and top-quality material with pro-level printing. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I received a shirt with so many printing voids that it is unwearable. I followed the company's procedure for requesting a replacement, including photos, and my claim was denied. They also do not accept returns so I was out $34. I filed a payment dispute with PayPal and they IMMEDIATELY refunded my money. The speed of the refund leads me to believe that there have been many more complaints made to them about HearOurVoicestore.com.

I ordered a sweatshirt with a saying on it and it has been processed very quickly. However, I received 2 further emails the next day from the company saying I had left the item in my cart. I went back and purchased it only to receive 2 more emails of that ilk. I checked my account, which had been charged twice. They refused to cancel the order and on day 3 have already shipped both sweatshirts.

I ordered 2 tank tops both large. They each were made in different countries, 1 from Vietnam and 1 from Haiti. The one from Vietnam was perfect but the one from Haiti was way too small, even though it said it was a large. I can't wear it. When I contacted the company, they wouldn't do anything, saying it was what I ordered. Technically, it was but you don't expect the sizes to vary so much coming from the same company. Their sizes are all over the place so beware you may not get what you think you are ordering!

I ordered the 5 supremes tshirt, never got a response that they got the order or when it would be shipped but...they sure did charge me right away. I have no way of getting a hold of them to find out why they charged me what they did or IF I will receive the tshirt.
